Kobe treated our yard today. He did a very thorough job ,making sure he treated all of the foliage in our yard and used pellets around my flower gardens. I was impressed with his willingness to make sure I was happy with the treatment.

I’ve been using Mosquito Joe for about 3 years and am very happy with their service. Today Allen did our treatment and did an exceptional job. I’ll continue to use them. It’s so nice to sit outside in spring, summer and fall nights without getting bit.
Another great season with Mosquito Joe. We've been getting their service package every year since 2019 and definitely recommend their service to all !! Katelyn or Lori make sure to get us scheduled for the season once we call and keep us posted on any changes due to weather. Appreciate the outstanding job Josh does for us as well. Always a pleasure chatt'in with another Armed Forces Veteran, but once he straps that juice-pack on to spray, he is a man with a mission. Thanks for another great year and thanks a bunch, Josh. Josh is FABULOUS. He could not set a better example for your company. We are tremendously lucky we are in his area. He is thorough and quick at the same time. With dogs and kids on a large wooded lot we are always worried about ticks and bugs. We never feel short changed. Keep it up Josh, you help us make core memories in our yard all summer long without worry.

Wow- This works. I was beyond skeptical at first but we have a pond, pool, and a massive field around us. It took me almost a year to believe my family member who uses them that this works- but it is real. We spent an entire summer getting eaten alive by mosquitos- and the last two summers have been perfect so far. This company is beyond a 5 star service with the ownership, the product, and the people. You will not go wrong at all working with them. Do not waste a nice night due to mosquitos- if this can work for my property- it will work for anyone.

Kobe B. Has been out twice now and I can honestly say it’s the best money we’ve ever spent! He’s always super friendly and a hard worker. Mosquito Joe has single-handedly saved our summer. We have had way fewer mosquitoes and no Tic’s on the dogs. So far we are quite happy with the service. Also, the service associates have been very professional.

I contacted this company in the spring of 2023, with questions about the chemicals used. After researching the chemicals we decided against using this company due to an elderly, immune compromised dog and another elderly dog. I never had any more contact with them. Fast forward to this April, 2024, I was gone a week on vacation, after being home for a few days, I received a phone call from this company asking me to pay my bill. Apparently, when I was gone they came and sprayed my entire yard without my knowledge or consent. This review is to spread awareness of this companies business practice. I will not be paying the bill.

Nicki, we are incredibly sorry that this error happened on our end. When you originally thought you might try our service last year, you put your card on file with us. At the beginning of every season, we take all of our clients with cards on file and schedule service to start protecting them immediately before mosquitoes get out of hand. We then send out an email and a text the day before service so that individuals know we're coming or so that they can cancel. We failed to make your account "inactive" last year, and we are extremely sorry about this. It's not a common occurrence nor is it an example of how we run our business or respect our customers. We know you had concerns about your furbabies, and we want to assure you that many of our customers have children and/or beloved pets in their home and that is why they choose our service—to keep them protected from the diseases mosquitoes and ticks can spread. However, that does not excuse our error, and we sincerely apologize. Please give our office a call if you'd like to speak further about your concerns. Your driver of vehicle that has liscense plate joe 4808 needs to be trained on how to drive. On Broadway ave today in oakwood village at about 830 this morning refused to let me merge over when the lane was ending sped up and blocked me the whole way I had to slam on the breaks or I was going to hit the curve just to get a few seconds ahead is ridiculous.
