A raccoon got under my soffit and I really thought it was coming through my walls! I called on a Tuesday morning and they were at my house that afternoon. When I tell you Matt is my hero…by the time he showed up I was about to have a nervous breakdown. Matt was patience, professional, and so pleasant…he put me at ease after he explain to me what/how he was going to catch the raccoon. Well raccoon was caught that night! Thank God! However, there was actually two raccoons and one got away. Matt came back the next day to set another trap and waited patiently to make sure raccoon did not come back. Matt returned to take the trap etc down and repaired my soffit and now I’m actually able to SLEEP! I would recommend this company to EVERYONE! I called for a problem with squirrels in my attic and despite it being after regular business hours, they were still extremely helpful in explaining the entire squirrel removal process from start to finish, including steps to prevent them. After talking with a few other companies it was refreshing to hear a friendly voice on the other end of the line.

Animal Control Specialists has saved the day for us more than once so I felt the need to share our experience with them. We first called Rob to come out to help us with a rodent issue in our attic. Rob was absolutely great, he was on time, knowledgeable and very personable. Although he was great and got rid of the rodents, we hoped it was the last time we would see him. A few months later, sure as the grass is green, there was another issue! This time it was an animal in our chimney, raccoons. I could have kicked myself as he told us it should be capped but we decided to hold off. Long story short, the raccoon was humanely removed and the chimney was capped with a warranty. Everyone we dealt with from the initial phone call, to the servicing and the seal up was so amazing to deal with. We couldn't be more happy with the service that we received. We highly recommend ACS for anything you may need from rodent control to raccoons in your chimney!

Animal Control Specialists, LLC is a wonderful company to do business with. I contacted them to assist with rodent removal and not only did they get rid of the rodents but they also provided rodent proofing to stop them from getting into our house. Rob was a HUGE help is easing my nerves about living with rodents and saved me from needing to stay in a hotel until the process was done. Highly recommend these guys!

I could not be more thankful for Animal Control Specialists. We first had a bat flying around in our basement at 11 o'clock at night. We thought maybe a door was left open so we didn't pay any mind to the situation. When it happened a second time and we did some research, we realized that we may have a problem in the attic and starting calling around for a local Akron bat removal company. From the moment we spoke with Rob we knew we were in good hands, he was extremely helpful in instructing us on what to do until someone arrived. The technicians that arrived were extremely professional and quickly captured the bat, had it sent out for rabies testing and scheduled us in for a full home inspection. I called Animal Control early in the morning because there was a bat in my son's bedroom. The owner, Rob, did the service call himself because he had no one else available. I really appreciated him being so flexible with his time considering how terrified both me and my son were. He was friendly, professional, and timely. I hope to never need them again, but if so, they will be my first call!

We had a large bird nest in our attic that needed to be removed. Animal Control Specialists were recommended to me by another company when I was searching for someone to do this. Their service was outstanding. Rob called me the morning of the appointment to confirm the time. The technician, Matt, arrived on time and explained everything he did as he went, and showed me before and after pictures. Initially Matt thought we needed new screen on the gable vents but when he found out the real problem was a hole in our siding, he showed me this and said there was no reason to charge us for new screen installation when that was not the problem. It's rare to find companies with this level of custom service and honesty nowadays, and I would not hesitate to use these guys again (although I hope we don't need to!).
