Larry is our service manager for our 3 properties. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied . He spent time walking our properties to make sure any activity was noted! Hopefully ,Terminex will be able to keep this qualified , conscientious technician! Our area manager , Jim , has left the company , as well as, our previous technician Mike Dunlay. Terminex has to make sure their staff is taken care of to avoid a revolving door!! I renewed with Terminex because of Larry and Jim

I called for a rodent problem, they tried to sell me on termites too. They were supposed to do a substructure corrective, not sure what that is supposed to entail but I will tell you what it is, they took steel wool and put it along 1 side.of my house, it cost me $540 for them to put steel wool in one corner of my house, $540? DO NOT use these people. The worst service, deceptive contracts, nobody calls you back. Their bed bug contract lists "vague" items as a service (very deceptive), and then they charge you OVER $100 for the same product you can buy on Amazon for $40. (as of March 2025).... Their techs tell you there are toxic chemicals to get you out of the house.... so you do not HONESTLY KNOW, what they have treated or not, because you're not their to see them. A week later.... bugs are NOT eradicated. See pics;
