my account was noted not to spray the house or the eaves. i came home to a guy spraying the house and the eaves. chemical was running down my windows, which had been professionally washed weeks earlier. i had them washed again for $150. i told GPC i would not pay for their service unless they reimbursed me to wash the windows a second time. they continue to bill me. i have written notes on the invoice and mailed it back, i have left messages but no one returns the call, i can never reach anyone. really crappy customer service and i was with them for three houses over 20 years.

I’ve been using General Pest for several years at my multi-family property in Treemont. I’ve generally been pleased with their service but as others have said they just don’t pickup the phone any more and I’m done trying to reach them. If a company can’t figure out this simple thing then they have bigger problems.

If i could give zero stars i would. Had this company since like 2019. About six months ago they stopped answering calls. They didnt show up to do my seasonal spray or return calls to me for months. I had to hire someone else because i literally couldnt get a hold of anyone for months. They supposedly were bought out or something but the people that did a good job, or any job really are all gone. Do not go here. Its a ghost company now. Had some lady from a sister branch call me a few weeks back to try and do damage control and said she would have them reach out to me and they never did! I hired someone else. Save the headache.

Did you go out of business? I have called and left a voicemail at least 6 times in the past week. This is ridiculous, you claim the annual service comes with service calls after the initial service. How is that supposed to happen if you never answer your phones.

Used them for 18 years. We pay in full ahead of time. They never showed up this year and won’t answer the phone. Going to have to file with CC company. I am assuming they have gone out of business.

Been using general pest probably over 20 years. Had a new tech come instead of Mike. This new tech has to be REE-TARD-ED! Never have i ever had my walls spray 5 feet high. Why in the employee bathroom it's sprayed 5ft high. Doors between rooms sprayed the whole frame. Bruh, I could maybe see spraying the whole frame of an entrance door, where critters might enter. But not the frames between rooms.

We have been a customer for 10+ years and they would routinely come to spray, but recently stopped without notice. They have not returned my last two voicemails.

Im taking my 5 stars back not because of the products, the products are great, but the way they left the spot on 160 th purtitas to move to Middleburg heights was very misleading they didn't say they couldn't sell the product any longer to you now you have to make a exterminator appointment. So I drove all the way out there for nothing so I went ahead and ordered my product somewhere else. 👎

I saw their truck driving into work today and thought I should share my experience now that I’ve had time to process it. General Pest serviced Westwood Meadows apartments in 2019. I was pregnant at the time and made explicit directions of where to put the pesticides. Their tech completely disregarded my requests. Our dressers were not emptied as they were not supposed to spray in the bedroom. Our cabinets were not emptied as they were not supposed to spray in the kitchen. When I come back after being out of the apartment for a day I find scratch marks on the floor from the oven being moved because their tech sprayed in the kitchen and put bait in the cabinets that were filled with dishes. We recently moved out of Westwood Meadows and found roach bait inside the back of our dressers that were filled with clothes almost a year later! How would I have ever known that was there? After being exposed to all the pesticides sprayed and placed haphazardly around my apartment I lost my pregnancy at 17 weeks and the reasons why align with exposure to pesticides. I fully believe it was due to General Pests technician spraying too much pesticide and disregarding my requests of where to spray. We had genetic tests done and there were no findings. I would never recommend them.
