We worked with Tom and Jordon over several weeks to deal with a squirrel and bat issue in our ceiling. They were very knowledgeable and responsive to addressing our needs. Tom and Jordon were not only focused of ridding us of our intruders, but did a very thorough examination of our home to identify and address areas of potential future problems. They both were very pleasant to work with and communicated with us frequently on overall progress of the project. We would definitely recommend them to other dealing with wildlife intrusions issues.

Tom and Jordan were wonderful to work with. They were very prompt and quick to respond on any questions and concerns I had. They called each time to explain what they had finished. They didn't send others out to do the job. Tom and Jordan completed all of the work needed to seal our house very thoroughly. They explained the process fully and in detail on what they would need to do in order to remove the wildlife safely. If I have problems in the future, I'll definitely call them again.

It’s not often that a service company comes in and adds the caring and personal touch that Tom and his two sons gave to attending to my squirrel invasion in my attic soffits.They removed and relocated 6 squirrels and sealed up the areas on my house where garments could possibly get in. Tom and his two sons are the best. Within two hours they caught the first squirrel. Tom is a pro having done this for all his life. He has the tools, the knowledge and the skill set to be successful right away. After Tom and Jordan caught the first squirrel they returned several times more until they caught all TWELVE then he sealed the entry point to prevent entry by other critters. Did I remember to mention that he and his sons are very pleasant? It’s a bittersweet moment when he leaves— You know you’ll miss him, but you really don’t want to ever have him at your house again. Tom's fee is very reasonable; we had another firm for five weeks who charged twice as much with no success and wanted another $4,000.00 to keep trying. We then called in the pros at Varmint Gitter. I had an issue with squirrels in my wall next to a fire place chimney, the operative word being "had". Tom and Jordan at Varmint Gitter not only trapped and removed the squirrels, but blocked access points at the chimney base and potential points on my roof. In addition to a job well done, Tom followed up a week later asking if I had any more issues. That to me is the mark of a professional who takes pride in his work to make sure the customer is happy. Tom and Jordan are amazing! They came the next day after I called for squirrel removal, set up traps and camera and the squirrel was caught and removed within 24 hours! After confirming there were no more animals in our attic, Tom installed sheet metal to prevent further animals from crawling in the attic! Great communication, knowledgeable and incredibly kind! I definitely recommend Varmint Gitter if you need critter removal and exclusion from your home!

Tom and crew did an amazing job getting rid of snapping turtles for me. He communicated clearly and quickly, has upfront pricing, and more than anything got the job done. He followed up daily and was prompt to return several times. His crew was clean, extremely polite, and quickly knocked out the job. I highly highly recommend him to take care of your job. *** 2 week later update I had Tom come back out because I saw one more snapping turtle. He set his traps and caught 3 with 1 still out there. He's good at what he does! *** Additional Services (August 2022) *** I called Tom again for a groundhog living under my deck. He promptly came out, set his trap, and caught it before he even left. I saw another a couple of days later, so he came back out and trapped it within two days. He was prompt, friendly as always, and most importantly solved my groundhog problems!

Tom and Jordan promptly took care of a couple raccoons who appeared to be denning in my yard. They timely answered all questions I had and set up traps, picked the animals up, and reset traps effectively. I hope to never have a raccoon problem again, but if so, I will be contacting Varmint Gitter again!
