I had an appointment scheduled for the times 1-5P.M. on 11-12-25. At 445P.M. I called to see if they were close, with us having to be out for four hours, I wanted to know they were still coming. I was told that they talked to the tech who said he was 10-15 mins away. A hour went by with no call and no show. So when I called the representative who by the way was very sweet and respectful, told me that the tech canceled my appointment with no reason. So we rescheduled for 11-14-25 for the times of 8-12, feeling it was happening again I called at 11:30, was told my tech was about to call me because he was about to be at my house. Again no call no show. So I called to talk to a supervisor, she took all my info and said she would return my call and let me know what was going on. Never heard back from her. I had to call again ask

Called to have an inspector come out to look at the yellowjackets in our son’s bedroom. Was given a time frame of 3-4:30 and was told they would reach out when they are on their way. After nobody showing up I called the customer service line and they reached out to inspector who also did not get an answer. I then received a text message from James (inspector) that he will not be coming today and that he will send me an email for a quote. After my husband got off work early and wasted our time. Will never use them again.

We have had a wonderful experience with Don at Terminix. He has always addressed our concerns and has done an amazing job servicing our house. Super friendly!

We have had Don as our technician for many years. His attention to detail is beyond great. His friendly personality and communication is outstanding. We have had very few minor problems with bugs but Terminex has always taken care of them promptly.

Don should be considered the greatest tech in not only his industry, but maybe any industry that’s ever existed. He is so fantastic that I have sometimes thought he wasn’t real. I wish there were more stars for him, because he deserves them. 10/10 would recommend him
