The Mole Hunter

I requested a free inspection as my yard has more tunnels than a busy city subway system.  Jeff the owner and I walked around my yard which is surrounded by woods and a field. He checked several tunnels and showed me that the moles had moved on. He could have totally taken advantage of my situation but Instead showed me that tunnel after tunnel was now empty and that I currently didn't need any services. He showed me a tunnel off my property that was likely still active and if I saw activity like it, I should call back and they would come back out to check and set up services. He said that late winter is the time my yard would likely be most active. Hurray!!! Thank you for your honesty!

Had mole trail.contacted mole hunter he came out checked.Trail went out of yard. He came back week later and checked couldn't find any new trails. He said call him if I see anything. Didn't charge me a dime very honest and quick service Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best Mole Hunter. Came out to inspect property and within five minutes saw something moving reached into the soil and pulled out a large mole. They know what they are doing!

I’d recommend the mole hunter to anyone! When Jeff first arrived we were standing in the front yard talking when he saw the ground start to move. All of a sudden he reached down in the yard with his bare hands and pulled a live mole out of the ground. I couldn’t believe it. Needless to say, he was hired on the spot. Knowledgeable and experienced experts that provide tangible results.

I recently hired the mole hunter for mole trapping. I have spent countless money and time on traps, product, watching you tube videos trying to learn their behavior and what works best etc... while they continued to QUICKLY take over our lawn and flower beds. THE MOLE HUNTER was recommended by my yard service company and they were extremely responsive to my call. Jeff came out the next day, explained process to my husband and I, looked at our yard, set traps, etc... I am thoroughly impressed with the quick response to our need. We have 16 traps and first day caught this one. I suspect many more will be trapped. If you’re struggling with moles and just can't get ahead of the destruction they are causing, I highly recommend giving The Mole Hunter a call.

Mole Hunter came to our house at 9:00a.m. and at 13 traps. 3 of those traps caught moles in just 5 hours. Jeff

Jeff is very personable and takes pride is his work by not overselling or high pressure sales.

I called last week and they sent someone same day to set traps. Within a week they caught three moles. Each visit they send you a detailed description of the work they performed with pictures. They are very responsive and they get the job done.

They charged me $500 for 6 weeks of mole extermination. They caught only 3 after 8 weeks, with my yard turned upside down with who knows how many moles! They wanted to charge me $200 for 4 more weeks. When I shared my dissatisfaction of their service, they (Amanda) said they will partially refund me and I’ll get my refund in 7 days. It’s been 3 weeks, not only I haven’t received my refund, they don’t answer my calls. I would have given them 0 stars if I could. Don’t trust this company, save yourself some money and headache.

Excellent Service. Highly recommend. I knew I had moles because my yard was looking really bad with all the dirt mounds. Called Mole Hunter and they came out a couple days later. The technician walked my entire yard and confirmed that I did, in fact, have moles. I asked for a quote and received it later that day and I immediately signed up for their service. Couple days later, the technician arrived to set the traps. Each week, for 6 weeks, a technician would come to check the traps and to inspect the yard again to see if the moles had moved and if the traps had to be reset. After each inspection, I received an email report of what they found. Loved that! Every person I interacted with from Mole Hunter was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use again if needed. Happy to say that I am now mole free!

After several months of trying to trap/rid our yard and landscaping of moles, we finally admitted defeat and filled out a “Request for Quote” from The Mole Hunter website. Less than 24 hours after contact from the office, Jeff came out to assess our yard and activity. While talking with, him he saw the ground moving just a few feet away. He immediately stood over the moving dirt, scooped his hand from both directions of the tunnel and pulled out the biggest mole I’ve ever seen BY HAND! Needless to say, I immediately said “You’re Hired!” He wasn’t even here 5 minutes! I’m looking forward to ridding our yard of these moles as they have already done significant damage. I was impressed with his ability, his professionalism and demeanor, and the promptness of his response to my inquiry. I’m looking forward to working with Jeff!
