I had a consultation with Brian and he was very honest unlike other lawn care companies. He told me my lawn would not benefit from their services and recommended landscapers I could contact. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for an honest company

After three years they finally are worthless this 2026 year! For three years I paid the yearly amount posted on their online portal; this year it’s a “floating number “ !!! When I paid half it was $897; after they posted the payment it was $400 more! After many emails not one manager was engaged!!! No one ever explained the price increase! As for services: lawn care showed zero improvement less my Scott’s product application I did! Perimeter pest control: I was told all the areas I expected to be treated were treated yet no indication it was; no door receipt like past years. “Trust” is zero! Ant, flea etc. the same; no receipt of service! It seems like this year you have to be physically present to ensure you’re getting what you paid for!! I’m done with Oasis!!! Why? Because not one manager showed concern!!! Those three services were almost $1300 for the year!!! Save your money there are cheaper services if you look! FYI: do you know how they resolve issues? They shut down your access to the online portal. Then it becomes your word against Oasis!!!

I live in Florence in a horribly weedy area and I’ve struggled to keep up with it myself so I requested a quote online on Sunday, had someone call me Monday, got the full quote via email Tuesday, and Nathan came out today. So far I’ve been very impressed with the customer service. Hopefully the weed control is just as good.

Be cognizant if your neighbors have this company for their lawn treatments. Their technicians will drive through your yard, turn around in your driveway and on your walkways, ruin your edges, tear up your lawn, and make rubber swirl marks on your concrete. The dark circular streaks won't come out for months. My recommendation would be to ask them not to cut across your property when you see their truck and trailer pull up at your neighbors, especially if the company treats multiple lawns on your street.

Pretty expensive chemical treatments that didn't really bring much life to my grass. And they just assume you're going to keep paying them and enroll you in future plans without confirmation or agreement on your part.

I appreciated the report reports they send, but I had crabgrass all summer long. They waited to put my winter fertilizer down after the second snow mid December, long after the last cut and the grass went dormant. When I would call to complain about weeds, they came the next day, but if I didn’t call it would be far too long between treatments. This service is a commodity and I am certainly going to try every other company before I go back to them.

I got my lawn care from these guys a couple years ago. I was suspicious if only half my yard was getting sprayed. Come to find out my neighbor was home and noticed that the guy only sprayed half their yard. It really sucked because that year I got irrigation and reseeding and spent a lot of time watering the grass and paid all that money for the reseeding and irrigation just to go to waste after that the weeds really started to grow back in on one side of my yard and then I had more bold spots once they started spraying the entire yard. I don’t recommend I strongly strongly recommend trying a different company. Why would their employee purposely spray half of everybody’s yard?

Like most lawn care companies, Oasis uses powered equipment to treat your lawn. If your yard requires any special care so this equipment does not damage your lawn or landscaping, I would not hire this company. Part of our property is a hill. Oasis has damaged our lawn and/or landscaping three times by taking their equipment into this area despite saying after the first incident that they would no longer use the equipment in this area. They actually flipped a piece of equipment the first time dumping fertilizer creating a burned out spot where grass wouldn’t grow for 2+ years. At that time, I told them if you cannot safely use your equipment in this area, just say so I’ll take care of that area myself. They assured me they would use manual spreaders going forward. And they did for a while until we got a new technician and he took his equipment into this area. He didn’t get it stuck but he created significant damage driving the equipment back up the hill. Once again, I reiterated that I do not want equipment in this area and again they assured me it wouldn’t happen again. Well they did it again this time damaging both my lawn and some landscaping. Three strikes, you’re out, I dropped the service. I don’t know what the problem is. Lack of training, in a rush to get to the next lawn…..not my job to figure it out. They offer to fix the damage but someone just comes out and throws a little grass seed around. Like all lawn damage, it takes time before it really looks right. I’m sure they’ll post a response with the same shinola they’ve fed me when I’ve called.

Installed new cameras around our property-Perimeter pest control I guess does not mean the entire perimeter as technician only treated the front of our property. They then tried to deny everything and confirm service was fully performed even after we mentioned we have video evidence of everything. Wouldnt waste your money on any pest treatment with them. Go with an actual specialized vendor for this. Lawn care treatment has been satisfactory and they have helped bring our lawn back to life as previous owners neglected to care for the property. I would like to now add based off the companies response below. They immediately terminated my account the following morning after I asked questions regarding the service report discrepancies and chalked it up to a "System Error". Which is a direct violation of the Ohio Department of Agriculture, revised code chapter 921 which requires accurate record keeping of all pesticide applications. You can decide if these are actions of an honest respectful business or not.

Our Perimeter Pest Control program does cover the full foundation of the home, and all five scheduled visits were completed as agreed, along with an additional complimentary service call.<br><br>You mentioned concern about the backyard not being treated. During our phone conversation, you shared that your wife did not see the technician in the back, and your Ring camera at the front of the home did not capture that part of the visit. Ring cameras often record only partial interactions based on motion triggers.<br><br>Regarding the “23 feet” noted in your service summary, that was a system auto-fill pulling lawn square footage, not the perimeter treated. The actual treated perimeter was 175 linear feet each visit. We understand how this could cause confusion and have already corrected the reporting issue internally.<br><br>We’re glad to hear you’ve been satisfied with your lawn care results and that your lawn is improving. We’ll continue to work hard to deliver that same level of reliability and transparency across all of our services.
My lawn this year is 75 percent brown my yard i take pride in but now it's the worse in the neighborhood I should have stayed with company I had my only reget is i turned to more people to oasis & there yards also look bad. 50 years i have taken pride in my lawn now i hide when people drive down the street. It's that bad

UPDATE: I called them back to get seeding and aeration only. They said I cannot pay for that service unless I subscribe to their regular lawn care service. SAVE YOUR MONEY I used this company for a year and a half. Previously I was doing my yard myself following the yard mastery app. Before that I used tru green. The results are not great at all. Weeds in the same spots after multiple treatments. When I did it myself following the yard mastery suggestions and schedule the results were amazing. Thick green lawn, no weeds anywhere. I’m getting the exact same service and results as TruGreen but I’m paying double for OASIS. They are the masters on then phone of saying, we can’t predict anything and we will send someone right back out. Save your money go with a cheaper company and get the same results. Or I would recommend following the yard mastery app, getting a spreader and doing it yourself if you want the best results.

Killed my grass by over fertilizing and their response was just keep watering it and it should recover. Still had to pay. Do not use if you like your grass being green.

Had to let them go. Too many mistakes and a lack of accountability. Initial experience was not good, Oasis came to our home and inflicted quite a bit of damage to our garden by spraying herbicide, downwind on a windy day. They offered to fix it by replanting, but they could not locate suitable replacement vegetable plants (odd). They then offered to reseed a very small bare spot in the yard as reparation. Oasis forgot about this for months until I reminded them. When the seed was applied it was applied without the promised soil. As the final straw, we were charged a very small late fee for missing a payment, this was a direct result of oasis changing their billing method. On the plus side, the non-problem areas of the lawn looked fine this year, but our neighbors look just as good if not better with a competing service. A service that I will be using in the future...Adios Oasis.
