Andrew is great at what he does. He made sure he set up treatment for me the week I called because I told him I had company coming to stay Saturday of that week. I'm very pleased! And I'm bedbug free! He couldn't be there because he was extremely sick, but he still made sure to get everything coordinated and get the job done for me. And for everyone saying he doesn't respond, I'm sure you understand he's busy & much in demand. It did take him some time to respond, however, it's my experience when he does he's ready to get to you ASAP. Give these local business owners a break. Everything is not 1 click & less than 10 seconds to service. The internet age has spoiled us. I'm very pleased & would use him again definitely. When my rental had bed bugs from my tenant who up and left, I got with discreet and they heat treated my unit. The bugs were so bad he had to come back a second time and also because there was wood paneling. But, it got taken care of and now I can feel comfortable knowing the rental does not have bed bugs.
