We hired Danny, the owner of A Wildlife Wrangler back in Jan 2015. Since then, we have paid him over $7,600. He first was hired to get rid of wasps, but when internal T & G walls in my home were removed, it was found that I had what Danny told me was flying squirrels in my roof. At the time, we agreed that the plan was to go outside on the roof and anywhere else outside to close up any area or seams where the animals might have access to get in and then close up the inside walls and trim. At the time, it was too cold to get up on the roof. He left the internal walls and trim open and said that he would come back when the weather got warmer to close up any outside seams or access points. In March, we went through a long period where he would not contact us. He finally called to say that he had been sick for a long time and would start back to work right away. He then disappeared and we have not heard from him since. It is now July and he has not been here or been in contact since approximately March 2015. I have left numerous messages on his work and cell phone. I have emailed the address on his website. My husband has called and texted from his phone. He has never responded to any of those contacts. The plan had been to go outside and close up any areas where the animals might be getting in and then keep closing up any seams until the animals left and had no way to get back in. He had also agreed to remove one other wall in the closet and close up the area behind that wall. He was then going to fill up the walls that he had taken down on the inside with insulation and pest block to make them uninhabitable and put the walls back up. Danny also convinced me to hire him to put termite block along the basement walls. The animals are still there. The access points on the outside are still open. The walls on the inside are still down and only partially insulated, the one wall has not been taken down and the basement walls only have termite block on the so called "easy areas," his words. There has been absolutely no work done since March. I feel absolutely helpless. My home has been and continues to be completely torn up. I feel like I have been lied to and he has apparently broken off all communication.
