Xavier was on time, nice and extremely knowledgeable. He listened intently as we showed him specific areas of mice droppings or disturbances. After he did his thing, he walked us through all the areas where he thought the mice were getting into our house and detailed what he saw, such as specific markings or discoloration. And he showed us how he sealed everything on the outside and gave tips on how to prevent the mice from getting in. He also told us about specific products we could use for disinfecting and for the garage door seal. The price was less expensive than other companies out there. So this is a great value!
