This place is ridiculous. They charge a couple hundred dollars a quarter for their pest service and the guys show up, dust the house, spray the foundation and that's it? If you want an interior service you have to request it? The tech that does the maintenance was always someone different and they could not answer simple questions about the chemicals they were using on our house. This is a great Pest Control company, we have been using them for a couple of years now and their product works exactly as they suggested. The guarantee does to be at free for 6 months after that you may need another application,and we were and free for 6 whole months. The highly recommend Expert Pest Management
