Spoke with Jesse on the phone to schedule an appointment to inspect our first house. He is very nice and friendly. The price is reasonable. Mike came out to do the inspection and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He was so sweet and knowledgeable ,and didn't mind all of our questions about the process. I would recommend Von Stein to anyone.

Had an inspection done on 11/14/17 for a new house we were going to purchase. The inspection hadn't informed us of one of the biggest issues and common mistakes. I've only lived in my house for 5-6 months and I have an issue with the roofing&gutters. There is damage done to the interior exterior and attic. IF, i had been informed that my roof was improperly installed I could've passed on the house or had the previous homeowners fix it before we signed the deed. BUT, because out inspection report stated it was "acceptable" we didn't know there was an issue. We paid Vonstein & Co $375 to give us an accurate report. Since we didn't receive an accurate report we now have a HUGE insurance claim and an expensive inconvenience.

Used VonStein and Co. quite a few times...very pleased with the work. Definitely will use in the future.
