They always show up when they say and they clean cobwebs from outside window ails that can be reached without ladder and light posts. And if you see pests before time to spray again they will come back out at no charge.

Kevin, was exalent. He called to confirm and provid and eta. My husband and I were typing to corral the racoon from getting in the Halloween webbing. When Kevin pulled up, he was quick to get his equipment and capture the injured racoon as kindly as possible. Huge thank you

We are an apartment community in Fairfield. We tried to schedule several times with no response. Poor communication. Will decide to go somewhere else.

The person I spoke to initially let me to believe that this would be the best company for us to work with. However, our “account manager” never called to set up an appointment, even after I called back multiple times to try to get ahold of someone and get something scheduled.

First time not buried deep enough and hit with lawnmower. He came out and fixed one of the two bait inserts. Mowed today and another one is not deep enough. Now have 2 that need to be reinserted deeper. Should not have been that difficult.

I called trying to get in contact with the Indiana office however the number posted for my area was the Cincinnati office. The two ladies were kind of rude and dismissive and does not make me want to continue looking into their services. When the first lady told me that it was the wrong number I was in the middle of suggesting that they put in a ticket or a complaint for their Tech person to go and fix the website so it displays the proper number and then in the middle of me talking to her she sent me over to another lady who then blamed it on the rain transferring me. That sounds like a lot of garbage to me and seems awfully convenient the "rain" would do that in the middle of a suggestion / complaint. I left my information with them to get proper information so i can get services from the right office but i think i may go ahead with another company.
Driving on state route 68. Driver tailgated to close. Then passed on double lines with on coming traffic. White vehicle with red and blue lettering. Safety not key here and rushing is. You sure this doesnt effect work on your home? Safety key

It was discovered that I have squirrels in my attic. Rose Pest Solutions came out, but the squirrels have returned and no one from this company will call me back.
