Avengers Pest Control is the first company that has done a great job for us. Over the years we have tried many companies and the results were not good. My tech Jeff was very polite and educated me on my service what would be applied outside the home and what to expect. He also advised me of what type of ants I had come in the home. His knowledge made me feel much better. I Would recommend Avenger Pest Control and use again if needed.

Total disregard of my concerns as a customer. 4 months of service and no change in frequency of the Smokey brown roach infestation. Was told they were Pennsylvania wood roaches by first tech, was told a sow bug was a roach, and went 3 months before checking my attic where the primary issue was!! Over 2k paid for services, 4k to pay for decayed tree and log removal, and still not slowing down!! I understand roaches are tough to get rid of, but at least I could have witnessed some progress/decrease in the population which I have not!! NOT TO MENTION I TREATED 1 month prior to working with Avenger!! I may as well have burned my money, I would at least see it doing something!! Very very disappointed!!

While the removed the hive of yellow jackets from my home they severely damaged our siding. I understand we had to sign a waiver since the hive was in a window area however the siding by our window will now have to be replaced l.

Prior to starting the job the technician advised your husband that there would be damage . Your husband approved for the technician to open up the soffit to remove the nest. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to us.
How many fake accounts are they going to create giving themselves 5 stars?? what a sad sad company creating fake Google accounts to boost their stars. How ironic that they are all about the employees explaining EVERYTHING SO WELL. Haha. So sad. Update: after multiple phone calls they finally admitted to the fact that we never cancelled the service…at first they said they received an email stating we wanted to cancel, but after telling them over and over again that I wanted to see that “email” they finally admitted it. Yikes..how ironic after my husband left a review they went into their files and found our credit card info and charged us $550 to “cancel” OH but the gentlemen on the phone said “reviews don’t matter that’s what happens when you have a business” apparently it does matter to you. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO!!!!!! Full of liars. If I could give -10 stars I would. Charges $550 for cancellation because my husband wrote a review. No communication that they were cancelling our service. Taking legal action if we don’t receive our $550 back.
Usually don’t add reviews. Their employees don’t explain the contract well and made me sign a whole year contract that does not do any good for my home. Called about service and manager said I would still be charged full amount if I canceled. They call there service “bi monthly” it’s a trap. I will call my bank and cancel all charge. Ants are still eating all the wood fence outside. Have to replace all of it. Update- they had the audacity to reply to my google review and then went on to cancel my service without any authorization and charged me 550 dollars cancellation fee on my credit card!!!!!! What a joke this company is. If someone is not happy with their service you just stop there it’s not like I asked for a full year service refund. But that’s low for a business. And if you don’t take a look at my credit card despute I will take legal action

Avenger also sends out prior to service an agreement that explains everything in detail that you can expect from our company. I had a big birds nest in my attic in a bed . They came and removed the birds and the nest. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling. I’m thinking he would at least cover the bed up. Nope.. he left a big mess and he tells me I have to clean up. There’s saw dust everywhere

Mr. Ellis, thank you for your feedback. Upon investigating this matter we found that the nest was not located above a bed. The removal took place on the opposite side of the room. The tenant was informed of small particles and debris that would be left after the bulk clean out of 10 55 gallon garbage bags of pigeon nesting material was removed , and attic access hatch was installed. Sanitation was recommended before and after the job was completed, and tenant agreed to do it themselves. If there was a problem with you doing it yourself at the time of service, it should have been brought up then and a work order for sanitation could have been drafted and approved by your landlord. Thank you for your review and we will reach out to your landlord to discuss a work order for further sanitation of the room today.
Had raccoons in attic, not sure how many. Had a full inspection, found wasp and hornets and mice issues also. Treated for wasps, mice etc. Set a trap for raccoon. Caught one right away but had to pay extra to remove it. They did not check in attic for any babies. We had a roofer out to fix a leak near same area, they looked the whole area over, found a dead baby raccoon. I feel that Avenger should have found that baby after adult was caught. Not happy that the baby died in the house weeks later

We are a humane company and do our absolute best to help our clients, the enviroment in which we live and to sustain all life in the best ways possible. From time to time animal control can be difficult and dangerous. We try our best to keep our clients and staff out of harms way. We are glad this issue was resolved by the roofers you hired as we caught the larger raccoon and did not see the baby raccoon at the time of service, please understand that with animal jobs it is very difficult to predict results as they can vary from job to job. The tech came same day... on time, to treat yellow jackets. Suited up in a bee suit on a hot day. He used what seemed to be very little liquid and powder for treatment... The treatment had little to no effect.. Charged $129. The yellow jackets were back the next day. Avenger DID guarantee the work for 90 days. But I'm reluctant to call them back.

Was told I would get a call around 2pm had to call to find out they were still coming. Right after I called they came out within 45 minutes. Once the person came out he started giving me prices higher then I agreed to over the phone originally. Made him leave prior to any work.
