Clint was great. He was on time on a very rainy, ugly day but he took care of my vole boxes outside before I knew he had arrived. He treated inside my shed, garage and home, including the basement. Because it was raining, he could not spray outside but he did put some granules around the house to keep away the critters! Overall, after several years now with D-Bug, abou 98% of the bugs I find in my home are already dead! I LIKE THAT! Mark O

Justin did a great job communicating when he would arrive and made sure we knew he was at our home before spraying. We have a log home so keeping invasive insects away protects the wood and gives us peace of mind.

Kyle has been here before and is always friendly and outgoing. He is through and does a great job. Answers all our questions.

Sean showed up on time as scheduled within the arrival window, he introduced himself as from d-bug, and immediately took his shoes off without being asked, thank you for doing all of that!! Shawn was great! He was very professional and also very personable. He explained the services offered by D-Bug. We discussed my mouse problem. Shawn got to work and placed boxes outside and also treated the attic (which is where I hear the activity). He explained they will follow up with three additional visits. Considering how much I spent with another company (and still have the problem), I thought the price was commensurate with the service I selected. I would recommend this company to others.

He did a great job. Very thorough and explained everything. Don’t know how they completed this service on 4/22/24 when we were not home. There are at least 7 stations in the enclosed back yard. I doubt that the tech climbed the fence to check same. I did pay for the complete service renewal. Please ensure future renewals are scheduled for when we are home to ensure complete service.

I am typically not at the office when the technician comes to check the office but the tenants had told me there is more bug activity and it appears that the technician walks around to check for bug activity but does not spray. Is it part of our service to have areas sprayed when the technician makes his visit? I would like to keep up with the bugs not get a big infestation. Thank you Rae
