The young man was very gracious, but nothing was caught for two weeks .... only three visits are included in the $250 initial price... each visit after is 50$ Finally they caught two , but we left for a couple weeks and raccoons were still there . They now want to change the initial 250 again! Oh by the way... they do not do any clean-up and left a mess in my upstairs. We have since found much better companies. I will repeat that that young man was very gracious. He did get sick in the middle of

Cheryl, we are very sorry we were not able to meet your expectations despite removing two raccoons. Occasionally we run across raccoons that are "trap shy" and we have to run the traps open for a week to get them used to going in the traps before we set them. We understand our Cleveland district man
Frank is very knowledgeable, great observational skills, and affordable compared to other businesses. He identified an ant species for me and recommended treatments for them and carpenter ants without trying to upsell or use fear mongering tactics like other companies have. He also showed me where the mice are getting in and what to use for keeping them out. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and it was great talking with him and getting his help!

Frank with Hosterman's home services has been servicing our home for the past two years and we have no intentions of using any other service provider. He responds promptly and has made scheduling appointments a breeze. He also answers all questions during his visits. I am so glad that I went with my gut and reached out to a locally owned business vs the big guys. Very reasonably priced!

I would recommend Rose pest solutions! The technician, Shannon was professional, and prompt. He was also flexible. I missed my first appointment and he was kind enough to fit me in the next day. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the scheduling process was frustrating. I called 4 times before finally being scheduled. 🥴 other than that, friendly, professional, and prompt‼️

We had a massive wasp problem behind our siding. Did a little research and decided to call Hosterman's Home Service. Luckily Frank was in the area and came right over and solved our problem immediately. We were so pleased with such great service and reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
