Troy did a fantastic job!
I only want lawn products on certain areas of my lawn because my dog is sensitive and gets allergies. Previous lawn services botched my request, but Alex follows my directions correctly every time. My lawn looks great too.
Alex was extremely helpful defining different weeds in the yard. Very pleasant young man.

I see that according to the tag on my door that Alex had been here. However, I don’t know what to look for to know that he actually did anything. I walked around the yard and did not see any evidence of anything being different. I assumed that Alex did his job, but I have nothing to go on as far as rating his performance.

Ray and his helper did a good job aerating and over seeding. My sprinkler heads were not marked when they arrived so they said they'd be back later. That was very nice.

Josh treated lawn for nutsedge which has sprouted and crabgrass in lawn. Hopefully this treatment will be effective.

We requested no liquid aeration be removed. Came today in the rain, no notification. Always knock on the door. I work at home and nothing. Husband called and refused to remove the charge. Never again will we use this company.

Lex, my lawn care specialist, applied my first application yesterday. He was courteous, professional, and caring. He took time to thoroughly answer all my questions and gave recommendations for upkeep, as well as what to expect for future applications. I am excited to have Lex and Ziehler Lawn Care provide the lawn I desire.

I’m not sure what was done to my yard today. Therefore, I also can’t rate the service adequately because I don’t see any evidence of it other than a flag in my yard. I find it hard to believe they were able to do anything given that there are an excessive amount of branches on the ground.Additionally, much of my front yard looks like it’s starting to die and I would expect that the person coming to service it would have a conversation with me about this and what needs to happen going forward To get it back into better shape.
He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I would give him five stars but he left our gate open on our fence.

Dillon explained what he was doing today. He listened to my concerns that the weeds and Johns grass were still green and not dying. He called his manager and then informed me that Landon would be coming out to treat the Johns grass free of charge. If they can kill the weeds and John’s grass before the first frost, I will be staying with Ziehler.
