I specifically left a note on a full sheet of paper on the stairs that leads into my entire unit with two pair of slip covers requesting shoes be covered. I returned home to see my light left on the shoe covers exactly where I left them which suggested IGNORED and literally stepped over and absolutely no indication anything was done.

Tech came in today 8/26 and was supposed to do a follow up to a treatment from 10 days ago. Said he was going to spray all over the house again and that I would have to leave for 2 hours after treatment. Well I have cameras in my home. He pulled out the frigde and everything. I made sure cabinets were cleaned out, all furniture pulled out, etc. Well My cameras caught him leaving the home not even 10 minutes after I did without doing anything and he did not come back!! Left my fridge where he pulled it out.

Zander Pest control treated my log cabin for carpenter bee and ant issues and did a great job educating me, answering all my concerns about my pets and the wildlife, including some silly and absurd wildlife questions that had nothing to do with why they were out there, the staff is incredible and their products work fast and effectively. Highly recommend!

This place needs to either re train or replace certain so called technicians. I live at Weston townhomes in Columbus and every time there's a call out for these guys to come out, the so called technician comes in to supposedly do a treatment but all he does is go upstairs with no equipment 30sec later comes down just to look around and does nothing. No treatment no checking (I'm speaking of the guy with a reddish ponytail and reddish goatee). And yes I have proof because I have cameras in my home, it didn't happen once but twice. Lack or professionalism and pride.

Huge shout out to Zander Pest Control! We got home late tonight and just moved in our new us home and noticed some yellow jackets in one room. Not realizing how big the nest was. Called two other companies and they were not going to be able to get someone out until next week. I seen they were local to us and decided to give them a call. They were here within the hour and really took care of our problem and explained how to prevent it from happening. I truly appreciate even after a longs day a work and missing dinner to come help us out. I will highly recommend them from now on! Thank you so much

So I had a bug problem for about 11 months. I tried other exterminators and nothing got rid of the damn bugs. I honestly had almost given up. Ready to move and leave everything behind. I was to 'that' point. I then found Zander pest control, it's a family owned business, first dean and one other came the morning of the treatment, they started, then his kids showed up after they got out of school and even his wife! They had the whole family there working! They were so thorough! Every detail. They came at 9 a.m. and stayed well past 8 p.m. Literally every detail. Instead of sending me away like the others who I've paid to help, they kept me there and put me to work, organizing, going thru the stuff that I had to remove from my home, what I couldn't keep in the house for the duration of the treatment, I put in bags and sealed or thru out or burned in a bonfire that day. They made it fun, very personable, friendly, && all very hard working. They did 3 treatments all for one price, && even treated my car. I am officially bug free! Also since the treatment, it gave me a long over due push to deep clean my house, I don't hoard things as much, it's easier to throw things away or gives me a reason to have a bomb fire, I have better routines now, and a weekly/ monthly cleaning list I complete regularly. They really helped me change my life && take control back of my life!! and I took for granted the normal life I had prior to the bugs. And now I'm happier, more organized, less of a pack rat, cleaner, etc. Thank you Zander Family for helping me take control of my house && life back and giving me hope again and thru it all I have been humbled and will never again take for granted the blessings of a normal home life, nor will I EVER stay in a hotel again.bill sleep in my car, entire family and all, before I stay in a hotel again, guess I better invest in a tent and sleeping bags for my next family vacation 😂😂 thank you again guys!!
