They were very prompt to come out and fixed the problem in one day. I had already hired a company I have since found out is headquartered in Indiana. They charged me $200 and sprayed a can of over the counter Raid on the outside of the nest. That just made the wasps mad. So mad they attacked everything that moved after that. Not sure why all my Google reviews have Personalized Healthcare as a header. But I am an individual who tends to get ripped off by low life contractors. If you are elderly, disabled or live alone, you can trust these guys. They are not a franchise, they are local and care how your job comes out

We had bees in the ground next to our patio. After trying twice unsuccessfully to get rid of them, we called Ian. Ian and his team were fast, efficient, and courteous. The bees are gone! We will call Caudill Pest Control from now on for all our pest problems.

Searched Google for a local place to help me with the birds I had flying into my attic. Cindy was pleasant on the phone, and the same day Ian was able to stop out and find all entry points along my roof and in the attic. Very pleased with the experience, hopefully I don't have more pest issues but if I do I'll gladly use Claudil Pest Control again.

I Called them up to see about getting service for a spider problem at my property that had been vacant for a number of years and they were able to get me on the schedule the very same day. The technician/owner answered all of my questions and was very helpful in educating me on what we were dealing with and the best course of action. The price was fair and there were no gimmicks or sales pitches, which is very important to me. We had a squirrel manage to get into our furnace flue on the roof and wound up stuck just above the furnace itself. Ian arrived exactly when he said he would and actually removed some ductwork and took it outside with the squirrel inside of it. He re-installed everything as it was and at a very reasonable price. We could not be more pleased with their service

When I had a squirrel in my attic, Ian and his team responded very quickly and professionally to my call. He came same day, identified the problem, did a thorough inspection of the property and entry points, and proposed and explained a comprehensive plan to resolve the issue. Really positive experience in the midst of an unnerving pest situation!

This company is absolutely amazing, about 10 days ago I noticed 1 or 2 yellow jackets in my house each day and not sure where they were coming from. Then I noticed that the seal from my air conditioner into my house had broken and they decided that would be a great place to make a home. I bought every thing I could from the store and nothing seemed to faze this nest and then this morning I walked out before work and my neighbor was on his driveway looking at the nest in my house and said you have a problem and I said yes I do and he said why haven’t you called someone and I said I did but everyone wants a 1 year contract just to show up and kill them. He told me to call Caudill pest control and I did. I first spoke to Cindy and she was so friendly and told me they were very busy and I told her they were in my house, she said can I call you back in 10 minutes which she did and said we will have the owner Ian to your house today. Ian showed up within 2 hours of the call and used a heat camera to find the nest he then used a knock down spray and a finishing spray and tonight I have not 1 yellow jacket in my house. It is probably the best money I have ever spent and if you have a problem with bees you are doing yourself a disservice by not calling his company. Thank you so much Cindy and Ian, absolutely amazing job!

I had a gound hog problem. They took care of the ground hogs and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again if I have another issue with gound hogs.

Ian and his team were AMAZING. My little house in the country had been overrun with chipmunks, several varieties of squirrels, and a big fatty ground hog under the front porch. The little beasties found their way into my walls and crawl space. Ian was, professional, knowledgeable and quite the detective! He presented a plan to assess and take action. All access points sealed. The level of expertise, coupled with surveillance technology and diligence was amazing. I am so happy with this company and highly recommend.

Update We chose to have ongoing assessments of our home and continue to be extremely happy with Caudill Pest Control! I have never dealt with a company so personable, professional, and knowledgeable. It is worth every penny to have confidence that our home is mouse free and would definitely seek their service for any additional pest issues. I applaud their integrity. My husband and I have used Caudill’s service for over 2 years now and we have never been disappointed! i actually told my husband we could move or the mice could move! But one of us was going to go! Moving to the county was a dream but the country nice… NO! After he came out and assessed our residence he found several places of entry and fixed then. I never saw or found any remains afterwards!

We had a serious bird problem in a bathroom exhaust. Multiple birds and a disgusting nest. We didn’t know until we heard them one morning. Caudill was out later that day. They did a full inspection, got the birds out, cleared the nest, installed a cover so they couldn’t get in anymore, and covered up some potential weak spots around our house. Horrible experience to have to go through, but Caudill was great throughout.

We had a bat problem. Ian and Dustin were here when promised, spent alot of time inspecting area, took pictures to show us trouble spots and told us exactly what they were going to do. Price was reasonable. They are very nice to work with. Would definitely recommend.
