I had a great experience with MIRA Home. The technician arrived exactly at the time I had requested when scheduling my appointment, which was extremely important so I could get to work on time. He was very considerate and made sure to complete the inside treatment first before moving to the outside. DO NOT USE. FRADULANT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! One star because I cant post a negative number. Hired Mira to event bugs. After a season of treatments, I found carpenter ants in my 10k remodeled bathroom. I was told I didnt tell them I had them and they didnt treat and its not covered. Not only can I not cancel after a year, I am now out of pocket $10k for a remodel again. BBB is my next contact. Edit: Just talked with customer service, they treat for bugs but dont warranty any of their work. E

I had a treatment in November by Connor and he informed me he could not spray my house because he didn't have the certification. That means I didn't get the full treatment but paid the full price. Now on February 5, 2026 I was forced to have a treatment because I was notified in writting if I didn't have the treatment my warranty would be voided. I only received 50% of the treatment because there is a foot of snow on the ground prohibiting the granular yard treatment and it is well below zero so
