Pest Asset

Pest Asset was the only company that actually eradicated the issue I had with mice in my basement. I had 5 other pest control companies come out that did essentially the same thing. They set bait stations and said to call them back if the problem persisted. Todd took the time to seal off all potential entry points using a combination of materials to accomplish this. Furthermore, I paid him extra to sanitize and replace soiled insulation in my basement. His price was fair and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful customer service! He came to spray for wasp and spiders. 2 weeks later I saw some critters again so I contacted him and he was here same day to retreat. Another plus is, I love that he wears shoe coverings in the house!

I contacted Todd at Pest Asset last summer, shortly after moving in to our new home. I found myself doing an online search in the middle of the night, feeling a little desperate. But I knew I didn’t want a big chain company handling our problem. Todd was able to come out the same day, listened to my concerns, and was incredibly thorough from the start, making me feel 100 times better before the problem was even handled. Todd treated our house for tiny black ants- we are a new build and had ants in our first floor ventilation. We tried many store bought products- no luck. Called him and he was over in a few hours - same day! He treated baseboards- registers and the exterior of our house. Todd is knowledgeable, communicates honestly and quickly. He explanined the time line for an affective treatment, and that (if) we happen to see an any ants in the coming weeks to give him a call and he treat again- no extra cost. Ants have been gone for 6 weeks- and we are SO happy with his service. Price was very reasonable! We will be using Todd for ALL future pest problems.
