Great customer service. He actually cares about his customers. He explains everything he does and is very down to earth. I would recommend his services to anyone who has a problem with pests. With his knowledge and experience, you can't go wrong. Thank you Bob for taking care of me. My mind is at ease.

I told him to treat a rv and house he said 500. I said again okay 500 for rv and house he said yes. Got to the house said 600 more to do the house. Bro must not be able to read or was trying to scam us. If I could put 0 stars I would. Edit as a responce I said what was needed and the locations and YOU gave the price. Then tried to upcharge 600 in person. You're a scammer. My house is clean and you didn't even go inside. You're a liar. I have 2 screenshots of you hearing what was to be treated and you gave a price. You were rude and pushy. 10/10 liar.

Sprayed whole house on outside and baseboards inside spiders immediately began to fall. I sure hope the bees will be gone too as my husband is allergic. Thanks for such a wonderful job today and pricing you can’t beat!.

My son was having issues with yellow jackets and so was I. My son called. Bob the Bug Guy to come to his house. While he was at my sons, my son mentioned about my bee problem and he said he would be happy to come to my house since he was on the side of town. I was so glad he did. I had a huge nest and he took care of it. He is a great guy very fair very conscientious and I would not hesitate at all to refer him to anyone.

Had yellow jackets under my shed and soffit.. called Friday, Bob was out Monday and took care of both. He’s the bug guy for sure, will be using him for any issues I have in the future!

I had mice getting into my car and chewing on the engine wires. I have had the worst time getting help removing these inconsiderate pests. Mainly, I assume, because I didn’t want them to be killed. Bob is the ONLY person that not only took the time to answer all of my (ridiculous I’m sure) questions, but educated me on preventative measures to take in the future. He was kind, understanding, efficient, timely, and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend giving him a call if you have a pest or bug problem. He’s the best in the business!!!
