Trevor keeps me informed on what he is doing.
One thing I truly appreciate is the value of education. Cameron provided just that while offering his service. He gave me some fascinating insights about wasps while surveying the property. It was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend him!
Horrible customer service. Called and argued with my wife, about prices, what services, and payment methods. Call 5 times in a row just to argue with her. Quoted us different prices, then proceeded to tell her they were gonna provide services we didn't want. Lost business from a whole community for the attitude, bullying, and deception. This of course was the receptionist in Ohio, not the guys that actually do the work.

I can't say enough good things about Plunkett's Pest Control, Inc., and especially our technician, Cameron Schmitz. We had a serious rodent issue at our cabin, and Cameron went above and beyond to solve the problem. His professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of pest control were truly impressive. He not only identified the entry points but also provided us with effective solutions to prevent future problems. The peace of mind we have now is priceless. Ross was extremely friendly and helpful. Picked out any spots that rodents could get in and helped me keep my house protected from any future problems

The service person was kind, reassuring and appeared to be knowledgeable. He also directed me to a more cost effective and comprehensive approach than presented with on the phone to deal with my mice.

Mike was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better service call. Visit was scheduled the day after I called, we didn’t have to wait at all. He got here on time, didn’t mind my dogs, and explained everything like the recommended visit schedule, pricing, suggestions for the house, plus the technical info on the bait and traps. Had a wasp nest removal, the technician went to wrong spot and treated it. asked for a work warranty to fix problem and they said theyd schedule it. Took 2 weeks to get back to me. New technician sprayed, but in service report said he did same area as first.

It appears there was some confusion regarding the treatment provided and the follow-up service.<br><br>After reviewing the notes and calls related to your service, it seems that the original service technician, Tyler, is no longer with Plunkett's, and a second technician serviced your location. Based on the information provided, it was noted that the nest was starting to be rebuilt. However, upon inspection, the technician did not find any new nests. Instead, paper wasp activity was observed along the roof edges and attic vent, indicating that they may have been preparing to overwinter inside the attic.<br><br>To address this, a residual treatment was applied along the roof edges and around the vent to prevent wasp entry, as requested. I understand the frustration with the delay in the follow-up treatment. Tyler was supposed to perform the follow-up treatment before he quit, which resulted in the two-week gap between your call and the service.<br><br>I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. If you are still experiencing issues or have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Wow. Just witnessed one of your drivers in a car at 9:55am on their cell phone, failing to follow road signs and thusly endangering road crew even more so, speeding, no blinkers and to top it off, completely run a red light. Absolute garbage. Wow. Where's the negative stars?
