Outdoor Services

Don't use them if you have a complicated yard, many different areas that need to be done. They never seem to do the complete job and you will end up contacted them to come back to spray the areas they missed. We used them for 1 summer and called each time for them to come back. Last time called them twice. If you have a simple yard front and back yard they would be good to use.

Recently had my lawn fertilized and was the sloppiest i have ever seen. I had as much on my lawn as across my 3 stall driveway. Had to call to complain, then guy came back while i was using my blower to get ride of the huge amount of granules on my whole driveway( large amounts even against my garage door) and he stopped then drove away. I understand that having some granules on one’s sidewalk or driveway, but not this much. Give them 1 star.

Next-door Neighbor has them and they sprayed on a Windy day and did I get a mouthful?

Very pleased with their lawn care and mowing services. This was our second year as customers and we will be utilizing them next year.

OSI is great, never had any problems with them. whatever Steve is getting paid isn't enough! :D

I am absolutely impressed with this company. I am wrapping up my second year using their services. This spring I was considering not using their services any longer after weeds ran rampant my first year. Steve R called me and assured me he would personally monitor my yard through the season. I had several varieties of stubborn weeds and with his expertise, close monitoring and tips, my yard has drastically improved. Steve would take it upon himself to come to my place in between scheduled applications to monitor and apply extra weed defense. He explained how with many weed species, the battle may span several summers to combat. The willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction is nearly unprecedented these days. I would highly recommend these guys. If you are not getting the results you'd like, speak up, tell them and they will help you. Great company.

I asked them to come and spray for weeds. They fertilized ( which had already been done) and sprayed but it doesnt look much better. Weeds and and trees are still in the lawn. This was 7/10.

Spring weed and feed was not effective. I called the office to revisit my property and did not fix issues I addressed. I just eventually gave up seeing no results in 2 weeks and pulled my own weeds and put Round Up on the fence line.

Lawn Fall clean up was thorough and quick. I had them maintain my lawn last year and was very happy with my service. Ill definitely have them come for a Spring clean up as well as maintain the lawn again next year.

We have used OSI for several years, including fertilization, airiation, weed control and gypsum application [this fall and in conjunction with airiation]. Exceptional and "above and beyond" service from Steve for the gypsum application! "Mega koodoes" to Loen, Steve and crew!

Great customer service

Had trouble with grubs last year and Loren was very helpful with treating the areas that had suffered. This year had several spots of "snow mold" and he was also willing to aerate and seed those areas for just the cost of the aeration. Very easy to work with.

Nice clean building

I use them for fertilizing services. They are knowledgeable and professional service. On time service and friendly any time I talk to a member of their staff from reception, ownership or on-site techs.

We have had a great experience with OSI. They are very prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They have called every time they have stopped out and have never disappointed.
