Sincere thank you to this local family owned franchise for showing up on short notice, taking the time to diagnose the problem, and making a treatment plan for my issues. Very informative, helpful, and reassuring. Would recommend to anyone dealing with rodents.

They are the nicest, family owned, local franchise. They responded within a day of me calling and even came out on Labor Day to take care of the wasps nest that was growing inside the walls through an exterior hole on the 2nd floor of my house. Jackson was prompt, efficient and explained what he was doing. Then his parents stopped by to check it out and explained even more about what to expect, and explained the guarantee and tips on prevention. I was very grateful they were able to take care of it so quickly, and eased my mind. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your pest problems.

Called the company line and they forwarded our info to the local branch. We were contacted the very next morning. Jackson came out to our place and sprayed for Wasps. He was very friendly. Jackson and his family own and run the local branch. I would definitely recommend calling. The price was fair. They also guarantee there work. I'm super pleased with the service we received.

There exterminator said he wouldn't come, even though they guaranty service in our town, he referred us to someone else. On a later call back, he finally agreed to come, and then he grossly over charged! Just save yourself the time and additional stress by calling someone else.

Great family owned and operated company. They were able to come out quickly after we called. Very knowledgeable and shared the knowledge with us. Also had concern over our pets and child as to be aware not to use toxic chemicals or let them out.

This is great that locally owned and operated, was able to get same day service, the wasps are out of control and I feel confident the issues are resolved.

Called on a Sunday for large wasp problem, got a call back from the owner that same day, and had someone out to take care of it immediately on Monday morning! They had extremely prompt communication the entire process, and I didn't even have to be home while it happened! They walked me through why it happened in the first place, how to manage the short-term, and recommendations for long-term. I loved supporting this family-owned business, and will 100% utilize again if I have issues again. Highly recommend!

I love that Orkin is a locally and family run company that truly cared about the Bismarck community. They also provided us with top notch service and were able to satisfy all the needs we had from them. We have worked with other companies, and we found that Orkin had more knowledge and access to better solutions than who we have worked with in the past. We definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience! I was very panicked about the infestation at my house and just wanted my life to go back to normal. Especially because I have children and dogs who depend on me to keep them safe. Todd came over the same day I called even though it was the weekend and his daughter’s birthday party later that evening. He knew I barely slept so he came and treated the area that day and was back the next morning bright and early! The prices were very reasonable and more importantly I could sleep through the night again. This company which is family owned went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

We have been using Orkin services for a few years now. When I first started looking at pest control it was hard to get a call back but they were the first. They are always honest and helpful giving us tips on how we can prevent the pests on our end. They do a fantastic job I highly recommend them!

the service tech guy was very rude. Called at late hours. Never confirmed the appt ans then yelled at me because I was not home. Overall not satisfied.
