Very professional. I liked the service he did. I will use him again. A year or more later I still think they are great! NEVER see live bug.

Friendly customer service, reasonable rates, responsive, on time, clear communication, thoughtful team. A tech, Lucas, was even out and about on a Saturday morning making sure traps were set, bait stations filled, and to answer a question I posited via text to the company (saw a big mouse inside, he came with an extra bait station), and he even let me know there were no obvious points of entry from the crawlspace under my house. Overall, these are the people for your pest control needs. Usually they pop in quarterly, leave a station, check the house for issues, spritz a bit, and dust for webs; today was more attention because of the question I asked, and I am grateful for their attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

We actually got rid of our national chain pest control service for our home in Heritage Wake Forest - the national change just didn’t seem to have the personal touch - it was like they were just following a list of things to do. We found Wake Pest, and Charles, the owner, was amazing. Him and his team are always willing to come out and take the extra time to help us with any pest control issues we have.

I cannot say enough about Wake Pest and their dedication, professionalism and work ethic. I was committed to my previous pest control service for 8 years and called Wake Pest because my service did not do flying insects. Charlie came and got rid of my wasps and I ended up switching over for general pest control. I NEVER see bugs in the house. He sprays for mosquitos in the summer also. We live by a pond and experience very few, which is incredible. I am so happy with their company and would recommend them to all my friends.

Charles came on time, looked over the house, told me what needed to be done and did it. He was great and did a thorough job. He even went into the attic and crawl space to check and treat and possible areas. Thank you Charles.
