Justin was our exterminator today and he was amazing! He was very thorough with his work. He made sure to check out everything I asked him about and was all around a good, kind person! If you need some help with pests, call quality and ask for Justin!

If you want Bad service, this is definitely the company you need to go to… I called to have the house spray it was $195 which is crazy. The young man showed up and the house is 2100 square feet he was in the house less than 15 minutes and then went outside. I never saw him spray the bathroom, I never saw him spray the upstairs he just thought it was behind me but he took off in enough direction. What I think is really intrusive. So I’ve only seen one dead Bug since they sprayed a week ago. They have a 30 day warranty and that says if you see a bug within 30 days, you called them and they’ll come out. They lie to you. And they said well it hasn’t been a week yet and the bugs haven’t had enough time to get the poison so you’ll have to call back tomorrow. So I called back the next day, which is one week afterwards and then I’m told you gotta wait 10 to 14 days. So they will not schedule me to come back out meanwhile that 30 day warranty is counting down. So I have to wait 14 days. I’ve only got a 16 day warranty,by all means check my math. so I can call next week to have someone come out. I have had exterminators before and once they spray dead bugs pop up everywhere. I was in the bathroom and a roach came out of the vent. I’ve never saw the man spray in the bathroom. I’ve never had an exterminator that was so bad. I will never do business with this company and I will tell anyone that asked me about this company. What bad service they have… Remember when they tell you, it’s a 30 day warranty they lying is a 16 day warranty

Cooper was my technician today he was awesome. Archie is awesome he came the very day I called about termites in my crawl space. I would highly recommend them. Brittany is awesome also. Thank you so much.

I think they have been coming to our house since 2013. Never had a problem with bugs or critters. They are polite and on time. Also, affordable.

Very pushy door to door sales. Came to my door at 8:45pm, I said no or not interested 3 times and he still wouldn't give up. I tried to be patient and understand it's hot as heck out but sweet Jesus when someone says not interested move on.

Called Quality and had a conversation on eliminating a silverfish issue. I paid for a year up front and although their team consists of polite and punctual members, we still have silverfish a year later. As I’m writing this review my wife and I just counted 4 silverfish upstairs. We will have to find a exterminator that can eliminate this issue.

Good communication and service at the beginning. Then we didn't hear back from them for 3 months. Called them to see what was going on and I was not given an explanation, reason or an apology. Not too happy with them.
