I hired Jax Pest and Home Solutions for a pre-purchase home inspection on an older vacant property in Greenville, NC, that I was considering buying. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. Peter Schonemann conducted a thorough inspection and provided a detailed 79-page report highlighting numerous issues, including evidence of pests like mice and roaches, structural concerns such as foundation cracks and decayed wood, plumbing leaks, electrical hazards like missing GFCI outlets and improper wiring, and more.
