Had a pest control treatment done for wasps that we were seeing come out of our ceiling air vents. Technician was informed that we had pets (cats, dogs, and a rabbit), and he advised us to be out of the house for an hour and a half. For 4 hours after treatment was applied, we had pesticides dripping from our vents down onto everything we own, including our pets. Called to get the MSDS safety sheet info for the chemicals applied so we would know what to do to treat our pets for toxin exposure. Je

At first I gave them a good review but it was premature to do so. I am concerned about the chemicals they use. I recently changed my pest control company to this one. The other company used odorless chemicals. With Otho I had to turn on my fans and leave my windows open. My appointment was early in the day. Because the odor was so strong I inquired about the name of the chemical the tech did not answer me. When I got home from work. The odor was still lingering.

I received a bill for $195 in the mail. I've never used this service. I don't want to use this service. When I called the 800 number I was told that they had to email the office to "cancel my account". When I asked when my service was done they told me Sept 18. I was home that day. No one came to my home and I had no paperwork that a service was done. I find this very suspect.
