Technician was informed that we had pets (cats, dogs, and a rabbit), and he advised us to be out of the house for an hour and a half. For 4 hours after treatment was applied, we had pesticides dripping from our vents down onto everything we own, including our pets. Called to get the MSDS safety sheet info for the chemicals applied so we would know what to do to treat our pets for toxin exposure. Je

Ricardo was great to work with. He is professional, prompt, honest and courteous. He did an excellent job with the vapor barrier in my homes crawl space, and if I’m not mistaken I believe the job was actually completed less than 24 hours from my first phone call! They provide a good service. We had a rocky start with showing up without an appointment, unexplained charges, lost technicians. We got those problems straightened out. They are very polite and nice to work with. This technician showed up a little early, did a thorough job, reported the crawlspace condition and explained all he did and what the charges covered.
I am so glad I came across Mr. Ricardo, he sat down and explained things and I understood what he was saying about my crawl space. I highly recommend Mr.R. I am going to call him for another service he offer in the near future. Thank-you Mr.R. for being so kind and respectful too me.
