I got recommended pest-x from my parents, who had good results with them. I called to set up the appointment and spoke with Rosanne! She was able to get me an appointment quickly and one that fit my schedule! They have only come out one time, and we have already seen a significant decrease in various bugs! Rosanne checked back in with us and asked how we liked our service and wanted to now if we had any concerns! Wonderful customer service!

We have asked countless times to let us know when they’ll be heading over so that we can remove animals (kitties) and dog toys from the lawn , and close windows. Even giving a time frame would be appropriate. Never given one.

Showed up quickly for a bald face hornet nest. Tool care of them. Im allergic and needed them gone asap. From initial contact with company until they were gone was appx 3 hrs in total! Did great job

This was our first experience using this company. I was greeted with a smile from Oscar. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all of the services that he would be providing. I asked questions after the service and he assured me that if we had any probles please give them a call. He finished and thanked us for chosing Pest-X. I even offered him some ice water but he smiled and said that he had some in his truck but thanked me for offering. Sometimes people do not have the greatest attitudes when working outdoors but this young man was pleasant the entire time that he was at our home. I recommend this company. You just may get Oscar to greet you with a smile!
