Highly recommend this company. They have a small family feel, with big company policies and procedures. I love that I can text with them for updates or scheduling. It’s no fuss, no stress. I feel safe with them being in my home. They are kind and personable, yet extremely professional and quick. My favorite thing about this company is the spray they use is safe for kids and dogs. I love that my kids can be around and there are no harsh chemicals.

Great customer service!! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!! My son told me to call them, that’s who he & his wife use so I did. The lady who took my call was super nice and so was Jason who came out, he explained everything in detail. Super nice guy!! Totally recommend:))

I recently signed a lease for a rental where my landlord is friends with the owner of this company. Just THREE days after signing our lease we saw bed bugs crawling on our walls. Jon came and sprayed yet we continued to see them for over a month and our landlord finally called him back. He said he saw no signs of them and didn’t spray again. Not even a week later I see 3 more crawling on my carpet. I was never even able to move my furniture in. Since my landlord and the owner of this company are good friends, they are BOTH now accusing me of bringing the bugs in even though I never even brought ANY of my furniture into that house because of the bed bugs that they refused to get rid of. Thankfully, I have pictures of everything. 0/10 do NOT recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional and bold face LIED saying I brought bugs into a house that I never even moved into. Not to mention, whatever they sprayed didn’t even work.

When I called for an appointment, the lady was so nice & helpful. Jon, the guy that came out, & did what he had to do quickly but suffiently. He didn't rush off. He answered questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable in what he does. I definitely recommend them if you are in need for pest control.

Jason came out for our initial service. He was very personable and professional. He made sure to cover all areas where we had seen pests and all other potential areas. He was very knowledgeable of the products and how to prevent future pests. Even better that they are locally and family owned!! I highly recommend Mendenhall!!

I really appreciate them getting rid of the ants that thought they had found a home for the winter. Very friendly people, well equipped to get rid of pest.
