This is our first year living in Pinehurst and we knew we wanted a mosquito contractor to spray. I was fortunate enough to contact Zappers to tackle the task. They were punctual and would send reminders that they would be coming to service our yard. I like that in a company or person to make customer satisfaction a priority. Kudos to Brannon and his team. ZAPPER is the very BEST!!!! As long as Brennon is in business, we will continue to use them! I can honestly say…. We have had absolutely NO mosquito issues all summer even during that rainy season!!! I love that they use an all natural product that doesn’t harm the bees!!! I enjoy watching the bees pollinate my flowers. It’s not just their product which to me is EVERYTHING, but their service is impeccable!!!! They ALWAYS let me know when they are coming, they have never been late or not showed up! Brennon pays attention to your environment and comes up with solutions!!!! He hires only the BEST employees!!! If Brennon for some reason couldn’t come, I would completely trust Tyreek to be as conscientious as he is!!! I’d give them 100 stars if offered!!! I feel very fortunate to have found them when I did because I know they have had to turn potential customer down because they are swamped! I've previously used 2 other companies for mosquito control that used pesticides. My butterflies disappeared and I had poor pollination in my vegetable gardens. When I changed to Zapper 2 yrs ago things went back to normal and we've had a great growing season with flowers and veggies, and lots of butterflies and hummingbirds. It great knowing your not harming the environment and getting just as good, if not better results. We use year round treatments. They'll treat you as a valued customer and discuss problems on your individual property with the plan to remedy them. Highly recommended!

We moved over to Zapper this year and have been so pleased. First - they send reminders when they are coming. Second - they leave a note, and I appreciate this so much! Just yesterday they left a note telling us where they found mosquitos breeding and that they treated the area. Third - when "mosquito season" ends, they will send a reminder when it's time to sign up for the following year. It's amazing to me how other mosquito businesses don't do this simple step to keep existing business. Very impressed with Zapper!

Do not look any further in MoCo for a pest control company. These guys are the absolute best in the area. A professional company with down home local charm. They helped us so much from treatments, to guidance, and recommendations. Always on time with text alerts. When I had questions they were answered. I have tried several alternative pest control companies in the area and I wouldn’t use anyone else but zapper!!!!

We have been using Zapper for 2 plus years now. They’re a very professional crew and always ready and willing to help solve your pest problems. Each year we battle horseflies around Summer due to retention ponds on our roads and they add extra traps on the sides of the properties. This past Spring/Early Summer with all of the rain we ran into a problem with millipedes. I was fearful I’d return to a home full of them while away on vacation. They came over and did an additional treatment, as well as, stopped by again later into our vacation to make sure everything was truly taken care of. They’re extremely thorough and great to work with. Another plus by using Zapper, we’re protecting our community, pets, family by not spraying and using harmful chemicals like other companies.
