We tried out this company for about a year and they came to our house for services 2 times. Sadly, my camera footage would not save because all the days they said they came out for a service, they did not, with the exception of 2 times that someone rang my door bell; once when we started services and once after my husband called to inquire about no one showing up. I work from home, I have 2 dogs (that bark at everything) and cameras that alert me whenever someone is in my driveway or my backyard

While I appreciate the rate. I do not like that an invoice is not sent after an inspection is completed. The work is done and no one even cares to be paid. All other businesses send invoices for work completed and quotes for anything addition, but Canady's just does an inspection and wait for you to call them to pay it before they release it. I have been with Canady’s since 2021 and continued using them for annual termite inspections once I turned the home into a rental property. From that point services has been horrible. Since then there has been one termite inspection done in the last 3 years. The follow through and communication was terrible.
