As always Ralph was on time, did a great job and left us and our dogs happy! No one could do better.

I met Tyler for the first time last week. She's a wonderful representative of Manning's. She's professional, courteous, and efficient. But she's more than that. She made me feel like more than a stop on her route. She makes a connection with you. She reminded me of what communities should look like when we all recognize each other with respect and empathy. That building a relationship is equally important to providing the service. I'm so glad to have met Tyler, and I look forward to seeing her next time. This is what creates loyal clients.

Jeremy Stanley did an amazing job as always! This is my second review and I would not trust any other company with my pest control issues. I want to thank Jeremy for taking care of the issue my daughter had as I am in New Jersey and was not aware of what you guys" call no see em" bugs! Nick did an excellent job when he was here. In addition to the termite inspection, we were having an issue with some other pests. Nick quickly located the source and took care of the problem. Just a really nice, honest guy who's also exceptional at his job! Thank you Nick!!

Randy did a great job both in removal of 2 dead flying squirrels in our wall and in pinpointing and remediating their entry point. I would highly recommend him!

I had an infestation of pantry months in my laundry/pantry room. Manning’s Pest control came right away and diagnosed the problem by taking sample to look at it under a magnifying device. The next day technician Nick Brunell came and treated the room with spray and sticky pads. He also got up on a ladder and scraped the whole perimeter of the ceiling of the room to get rid on the residue. He did a wonderful job. In addition, he did the pest quarterly inspection, which was coming up soon. So, I didn’t have to pay for an additional service call!

I am not only pleased with the Customer Service I have received, I am most impressed with Nick White's consistent delivery of Customer Service. Our first visit from Nick helped us to handle the pest inspection we were hoping to achieve. However, Nick surpassed this expectation with a level of service that reached beyond the "moral minimum." Nick, not only assisted us with setting up a schedule to handle any present and/or future pest visits, he also assisted us with taking time to ensure we would be protected from termites. We have been in Southport for 1-week. This time, as you can imagine, is all-consuming. As such, we recognized an unwelcome odor that permeated the house. The trusting relationship we have built with Nick prompted his return visit to assist us with exploring root-cause analysis. Nick immediately suggested a trusted local. His John's Plumbing (a.k.a. JTL Plumbing) recommendation prompted an immediate visit. This visit eradicated the cause at a reasonable cost. Thank you Nick for assisting us with achieving the quality of life we are hoping to enjoy in Southport. Tyler West did an excellent job with our quarterly service. He was right on time for our appointment, greeted me and explained all he was doing today. He inquired about issues we may be experiencing and went about his work with great care.

No notice that they were on their way. No introduction just handed me the bill and started spraying. Did not want to take time to hear where problems were notice. Did entire house and outside in record time. Been using Manning since 1972 and considering not to use them in future.

We've used them for almost 20 years. Had a recent proven with rats and mice, were told they'd come out for the rats but I could buy my own traps for th the traps.e mice. And they wouldn't cover out to check the traps. Changed service !

Dan the bug man is fantastic. Very thorough and attention to detail shows in his work.

Too high

One of their technicians arrived unannounced on Dec. 23 to do their regular termite inspection. This is totally unacceptable and I would expect a courtesy call in the future before sending someone out. What would have happened if no one as at home? Extremely disappointed in this incident. FYI, the technician was very professional and completed the inspection quickly and should be commended. The management/scheduler is who I have an issue with.

Everyone is competent and friendly. They are very accommodating to our schedule. When a problem occurred someone was there right away.

Manning Pest Control has serviced our home for over 10 years, and have always been dependable and reasonable. They do an annual inspection each year for our termite contract. I recommend them to any new customers. Jack Randolph

I had to call and reset up the service for our dehumidifier they installed. When We changed to another company for exterminating they canceled the service for our dehumidifier and shouldn't have.they at least didn't cancel the termite prevention.
