Brunswick Pest Control are very nice to deal with. Very knowledgeable technicians and always willing to work around my schedule. Been using this company for 10+ years with no issues. My most recent service was completed by Tyler, whom was very polite and did an outstanding job. Thank you, Tyler and Brunswick Pest Control, for keeping my home free of unwanted pests and humidity damage! Ya'll are the best!!!!

This is a great company. I’ve had them for years and they do a very good job. They show up on time and inspect the whole house. I recommend them and I’m glad I chose them over all the other companies that I got estimates from.

It is refreshing to experience exceptional service from Brunswick Pest Control technician Quintin. Quintin is patient with any questions I may have and takes the time to answer thoroughly making sure I understand. Quintin is cordial and businesslike all at the same time. He is conscientious and thorough worker.

Annual inspection and quarterly extermination performed by Quentin, who was polite, professional, and eager to please. He took the time to ask about my preferences (I noted that we have pets and my concerns that chemicals not be used inside our home). He inspected the interior and exterior of our home, including the crawl space, noting moisture percentages and options to control it if needed in the future. He also laid down granular around the perimeter of our home to treat for pests, a quarterly service that we use. Best tech yet.

Tyler did the most through job exterminating our home today that I have ever witnessed. Through the years I have had 4 different servicemen and Tyler gets the blue ribbon for the best job ever! I was in town visiting in laws when they came to do work on their house. I don’t recall the men’s names however it was African American man with glasses and someone else , who when they came to do my in laws termite job , reeked of marajuana to the point they may have been using on their job site and or in the truck. Just found this behavior to be not acceptable. My in laws didn’t notice but I just thought google an people should know how it made me an my wife feel

They might be good at there job but the way they drive is absolutely ridiculous first they pull out in front of us and we had to slam on brakes not to hit them we pass them then they try to run us off the rd when we were able to start driving again we ended up being behind them so I'm just saying this is B's we have 3 kids and that's not called for the truck 35 the tags fj2079 they are in dangering everyone I own a company and I'm sorry but they would be gone I would not have someone indagering lives working for me this happened at 920 am

Was having a rodent issue and contacted them about it. They came and charged a pretty large fee especially for only putting out bait traps. The technician was very nice but told me that's all they could do but there was a 30 day guarantee. After multiple trips the problem was only getting worse. I informed the office manager about it and she honestly had a bit of an attitude. I understand that it sucks to perform work and not get paid but when your work doesn't produce results that's what happens. I ended up calling Port City Pest Control and they did some inspections to my property sealed some things up where they were getting in put more traps and the problem seems to be getting better.
