Update: Matthew the Field Supervisor called me the morning after I made this review. He apologized for the issues and said they would improve training and correct the issues at my home. He sent another tech out to complete the job a few days later and it is much better. Hopefully this was an isolated incident and they will maintain a higher standard in the future. I signed a contract with this company for quarterly exterior service in July. When I signed the contract I was told that the service includes normal baiting and spray treatments and knocking down all webs. Both times they’ve performed the service I had to call them back to knock down webs around the perimeter of the house. They have sent 2 techs to “complete” my 2nd quarter service and this is currently how my master balcony looks. I would have been better lighting my money on fire and burning off the webs myself than paying for this! I paid almost $200 for this “service”. I think I am being pretty patient and reasonable but, when I call the office to voice my dissatisfaction the lady fiercely defends the “completed service” before I even have a chance to complete a sentence. I would absolutely not recommend this company!

Steven, with Pisgah Pest Control, was at our Burlingame house on Wednesday to inspect and spray for pests. He was very professional, thorough and even showed us a small water leak in our crawlspace which we were unaware of and needed to have repaired. Thank you, Steven!.

Steven was our technician and he took great care of us. Although he had specifically came to take care of one problem, we addressed a few others which he dispatched quickly and professionally. Thanks Steve!!!

Lynn was so helpful to me today. She answered all my questions and concerns about my appointment tomorrow. She contacted the person coming tomorrow and relayed my timeframe needs. She also got right back to me with his feedback. Not o my did I feel heard, but she resolved my concerns. She was kind, clear and helpful in every way. What a good face for your company. Jessica Wiggins at Pisgah Pest Control is always quick to schedule appointments that are convenient and very helpful on rescheduling re-treatment if necessary in between. They are a great local company and we always feel that they exceed expectations. We use them on multiple properties.

Jessica did a great job on setting up our service. It was easy and everything was automated and she explained all of the services included in our monthly membership.

I called to set up my first appointment with Pisgah Pest Control last week. Jessica was incredibly helpful with answering my questions and making sure I was well informed about the different service options and what was covered with each one. She also took the time to explain why each service is beneficial so I could decide what I needed for my home. The very next day Colter came out to the house to take care of everything. He communicated when he was on the way, talked through what he would be doing that day, let me know that he could come out again if I was still having any issues (at no additional charge), and wrapped everything up very quickly!

Had a very pleasant experience with Bianca today. She was knowledgeable and very thorough. Set up next day appointment and follow up appointment right away. Sent contract to my email and told me the name of the tech who would be doing my service. Answered all my questions. Nice talking to someone who cares about doing a good job. Great customer service.

Pisgah Pest Control, and its employees, are simply the best! Chad performs the services at my cabin in Lake Toxaway and he takes time and effort to make sure things are well inspected and addressed. Even when I’m not there! :-) As the responding to my needs and inquiries, Jessica is super fast and efficient in the office. When I have a question she answers quickly and with accurate information. I respect Pisgah and trust them with pest management of a property I use to vacation. It’s always perfect, with no unwanted creatures 😉, when I arrive. Thank you Pisgah Pest Control

Lock box should have been on service order. That's why there was no one to answer the door. Lock box number may not have been techs order , if so ,shame on the office.

Arrived at 8:30 AM with no notice. Rang the doorbell and knocked several time awakening my house guests and me. Then he wanted to come in for an internal inspection. We were naaot prepared for this and declined. You can do better.

Never returned my call for help with pest problem. Maybe they don't need new customers.☹️
