Update: Matthew the Field Supervisor called me the morning after I made this review. He apologized for the issues and said they would improve training and correct the issues at my home. He sent another tech out to complete the job a few days later and it is much better. Hopefully this was an isolated incident and they will maintain a higher standard in the future. Steven, with Pisgah Pest Control, was at our Burlingame house on Wednesday to inspect and spray for pests. He was very professional, thorough and even showed us a small water leak in our crawlspace which we were unaware of and needed to have repaired. Thank you, Steven!.
