Brandon did an amazing job on our semi-annual and Sentricon treatment. He called prior to arriving, introduced himself upon arrival and got right to work. He was diligent, friendly and personable. I highly recommend Chamberlain for any pest services. Great work!

I do not have enough adjectives to describe the awesome customer service from our tech, Chris! That young man went through h3ll & half of Georgia to get to the root of our pest problem! I'm so tickled with this company, Chris' footprints aren't even cold yet before I called the office to brag on this young feller! Chris is super friendly, very communicative, fearless, answered all my questions and was very respectful of our home! If they lose this feller... it would be a crying shame. I hope the company puts a little something extra in his Christmas stocking this year! If you use anyone else, well... too bad for you! We will be using Chamberlain Exterminators for all our pest critters in the future!

Robert has been our exterminator for more than a decade. We often ask for him by name whether it be for the summer mosquito treatments, unexpected problems or the regular annual checkups . Brad and Joe came today to do my initial service. They were so professional and considerate. They did a great job called before coming and seriously very nice guys. Calling Chamberlain Exterminators was the right choice for me. They answer the phone with a real person. My first scheduled appointment it rained and they called and let me know they could come and do the inside and then come back to do the outside. I chose to do it all at once and rescheduled and it was no problem. Great service.

Great experience getting back started with Chamberlain’s! Had been with the company years ago and was able to get them back to service our home. From the initial phone call with Colton to Brad coming to assess what we needed then Brad coming back to do the install was a flawless process. Both were very professional and told me exactly what I needed to know to decide. I highly recommend Chamberlain’s for your exterminator needs.

They do a great job at reasonable prices. Lady answering the phone is not very friendly and could use some training.

I had Chamberlains here on Monday. The technician forgot a section underneath house that accesses separate. It was an honest mistake. I called this morning to ask if they could come finish what was paid for. The secretary informed me she would have to check with the technician and his supervisor before she would schedule another appointment. She said they were booked solid for weeks. I asked her why the job could not be finished in a timely manner and she didn’t seem to want to help resolve this. Lucky I talked to technician on his phone and he quickly offered to come right out today and complete the work. You have an excellent technician Mark. Thanks for standing behind the work. Secretary was quite rude about this matter. Would probably use again is didn’t have to deal with secretary.

After moving into a new house we discovered Chamberlain had a contract with the precious owner for termite bate traps. We tried to call with no success and went with another provider. Chamberlain finally called and we asked them to remove the traps which is required per the state. They set an appointment and no showed. When we called back we informed they decided to leave them and not come after we arranged to be there and they didn't bother to notify us. After commenting that it was unprofessional we were hung up on. Terrible customer service and,very unprofessional business.
