Noble came out to check on suspected rodent activity in our attic. Both visits were performed by capable and professional gentlemen. We didn't make use of their services this time 'round, but will be in touch to install termite protection down the road. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Was told if I signed up in my name instead of my landlords name, I could get mosquito service for a discounted price. Thought that was strange but the tech (Brian or Ryan I believe) said it could be done on Saturday and would need to be cash only and I realized what was up. Soon found out from a neighbor that it wasn't even a discounted price. Stay away!

It is sad when a previous employee leaves a company a bad review because they were let go for not living upto our company's standards. We wish you all the best and hope things work out for you!
This company has been treating my house for over a year. One of the treatments is for carpenter bees and is preformed monthly. When we purchased the house over a year ago there were a lot of carpenters bees but the damage was minimal. I hired Noble Pest and they immediately started the treatment and the bees practically disappeared until about 2 months ago. I called several times advised we were seeing a lot of bee’s and they supposedly came back out to treat again. A few weeks ago we noticed a lot of damage from the bee’s and woodpeckers. I understand woodpeckers are federally protected however if the carpenter bee’s were properly treated the woodpeckers would not have caused damage. I questioned if they were treating the house and if so why so much damage now. The owner said it was not his problem and was unwilling to help in anyway. I pay a lot of money to this company for many different pest prevention treatments and the owner is not willing to admit any fault. I would not recommend Noble Pest as their treatment is questionable and the owner does not seem to care about his customers.

Thank you for your review Michael. Unfortunately there are eight species of woodpeckers native to North Carolina, all of which are federally protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA). Due to protections under the MBTA, lethal control of woodpeckers is illegal without obtaining a federal and state depredation permit. Due to those laws we cannot do anything about the woodpeckers which is why it is not included in your service agreement and the agreement states we are not responsible for damage. We appreciate your feedback and hate to hear that the woodpeckers have caused damage.
Our technician is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We had some concerns about the red ants in our front lawn and he made a special visit to look at our yard and treat it.

I've been using Noble Pest since I purchased my home a couple years ago. Currently paying $50 for mosquitos, and $80 quarterly. I called this morning after noticing that the prices on their website were cheaper than what I was currently paying ($55 per month or $80 per month). Both of the prices included mosquito sprays. Spoke to a lady on the phone, and she said that the prices on the website were wrong, and the site has not be updated. That's a bummer. Guess I will shop around and see what's out there

It's about to year that i got their service. And I have noticed bed bugs all over again. I hope yall can make this right. Because $800 was a lot. And for bed bugs to be in my home all over again and has not been a year yet!!
