Brian and his team have been giving us great service for many years. We've used almost every service they have available. Brian installed a dehumidifier on our crawl space. Did a great job at a great price. We had an extra visit for Japanese hornets near house. Brian got them all and even stopped by a few days later to make sure. Thank you for lowering my numerous stink bugs!!!

After 15 years with my previous Termite/Pest company, I needed to find a high quality professional replacement. Hunt Pest Service has done a great job. "Josh" is the assigned quarterly pest technician, and he does an outstanding job. Overall, I'd highly recommend using Hunt Pest, even though changing Termite companies means you have to pay an extra payment the first year for the setup.

Not sure what the young man's name was that came out this time, however he was very nice he asked me questions asked if I had any questions for him or if I was having any issues other than he did an awesome job came back to my door after doing the outside to inform me he was finished and again asked of I had any questions. He was very polite!!!!

We’ve been customers for a few years & always have had an excellent experience. Our property is unique in that we have mostly open-air wood barns so they require a somewhat different approach & Hunt Pest Service has been very accommodating. Carpenter Bee service is outstanding.

Great service. I’ve had this service for years. They’ve always been polite and respectful. I love that some technicians knock down webs when they see them. My pets have never gotten sick from any of the products that they use. I truly trust them.

We’ve been using Hunt Pest for about 3 years and they have been amazing with our red ant problem and wasp extermination. Brian Lee is always prompt and thorough. Also love that they use products that are pet safe as we have free range chickens and dogs

Not a reputable company. Hired them 3 years ago for limited carpenter bees. I had monthly sprays for bees past 2 years even when they told me once is enough. So I paid for 60$ per month for repeat area sprays from March til August. I left my Lake Lure house April 21 and arrived back end of August. My exterior areas of concern were riddled with new bee burrows and woodpecker damage. While I was gone, Hunts never contacted me about the new damage. When I discovered the problem the owner blamed it on an employee spraying the property incorrectly I specifically walked the Hunts tech around pointing out in detail each area of concern. I paid for a bad service and Hunts is a bad company. It will cost me as much in repair of 2025 bee damage as I spent in 2024-2025 Hunts fees. BEWARE !!

We are truly bothered any time a customer feels upset with our service, and we are very sorry to hear of your frustration. Carpenter bee control is something we take very seriously, and every year our team treats homes with precision and dedication. While treatments are highly effective, there are rare instances when new carpenter bee activity can occur despite ongoing service.<br>We have been to your property twice this week in person to speak with you, spoke to you multiple times on the phone. We also offered extra service yesterday—again at no charge—to help address the problem. Unfortunately, you did experience two new areas this year where carpenter bees got through, and we regret that.<br>It’s also important to note that some photos and concerns sent to us were not of your property, but the neighbors which made it difficult for us to properly address them. Even so, we continued to offer remedial actions to try to make things right.<br>We deeply appreciate the time you were with Hunt Pest Service and are saddened that we’ve parted ways under these circumstances. We proudly treat hundreds of homes each year for carpenter bee control, and our team takes extreme pride in doing everything possible to protect homes and satisfy our customers. We are sorry that we fell short in your eyes, and we wish you the very best moving forward.<br>
