We had Go-Forth pest control for several years and they treated our home when we bought it. This is not the same company that we started with. All they want to do is sell bait systems. We wanted to transfer the remaining contract to the new owner due to selling the property but they would not due to the new owner of GoForth having a different bait type system. The Go-Forth we all know and love is long gone. Under new ownership now and horrendous. Elderly parents received first bill for annual termite prevention, then collections notice only 2 weeks later for a service not yet even performed. Attempted to use scare tactics and push them to pay immediately to save credit score for a service to which once again had not been yet performed, neither was there any contractual obligation to do it. You have to wait on hold forever listening to elevator music
