He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our home, professional and personable. He scheduled visits in a timely manner, always kept in touch, and never disappointed. Conrad is excellent at what he does! I had an issue with bats, and one got into the house. I called Conrad, and he immediately came and found and removed it, which helped to calm my exacerbated nerves! Lol. The Professionalism is unmatched. I highly recommend Piedmont Wildlife for your needs.

Conrad (Piedmont) is the most professional wildlife person you'll ever meet. We thought we had squirrels and he came out and let us know we were dealing with something altogether different on our HOA building - rats, raccoons, and wasps. He went to work immediately. He had a great process, which he explained to us at each step and sent pictures. It was really comforting because it helped us understand what was going on and what to expect, and when. When he was done both he and we were confident that the problem was eradicated. His rate was better than the other quotes we got, but his work was above and beyond. We'll never use anyone else.
