Quality of Service is not consistent. You have to pay before service. They always try to have you on their schedule vs accommodating your schedule. Text messages are impersonal and borderline rude at times. Mosquito, ant, and bee spray is pointless. Termite service is awesome. The staff that comes to the home is always pleasant. I just get annoyed with their process...

Conrad (Piedmont) is the most professional wildlife person you'll ever meet. We thought we had squirrels and he came out and let us know we were dealing with something altogether different on our HOA building - rats, raccoons, and wasps. He went to work immediately. He had a great process, which he explained to us at each step and sent pictures. It was really comforting because it helped us understand what was going on and what to expect, and when.
