Poor service. We requested a call before the tech arrives to make sure we are home. It's a simple and practical request that these people refused to honor. So of course they kept showing up while we're not home. After almost 2 years of them not honoring our request THEY canceled our services because they couldn't call us to make sure we were home. He was a nice guy, but he did not knock down the spiderwebs on the porch or other areas of my house. I have had pest control treatment with another company in another town, and they always knocked down any webs. In addition, I had a small wasp nest that my daughter saw after he left, which we sprayed and knocked down ourselves. If y'all are not going to fully complete the service, I need to find another one.
