Central Termite and Pest Control

I just received my termite inspection and yearly treatment from Craig B. He was so very detail-oriented and willing to walk my husband through everything involved with termite control in general, how the baits work, etc. This is customer service in its purest form. We want to request the same technician next year!

Just had my 3rd service with Mr Pierce. He is timely, communicative and friendly throughout the service. He even took the time to remove cobwebs that i had missed. Ty

Central Termite is a very family oriented type of business. Each time I’ve called the office, I’ve go nothing but the best costumer service and help! We have been using this service for around 2 years now and it has worked and keeps on working for any big problems we may have or might get. Our service tech before was David, he’s since retired, and now we have Mr. Josh and he is awesome and very knowledgeable about what he does as this type of service tech.

Ken, " our bug killer guy" is so awesome. He does an awesome job and is so friendly. We had to have him come back and re-spray for our scorpion issue. He had no problem and told us, we'll take care of these pests for you! Thank you Central and especially, thank you Ken.

NOT ANY MORE ! The most arrogant , ignorant woman I have EVER EVER spoken to !!!!!!!!!! And thats sayin a lot . I called on a tuesday and explained the situation , our "tech" left the company and the man who replace him would call me , THANK GOD THEY DO NOT DELIVER OXYGEN !!!!!!!!!!!! We would all be dead , I was nice and she started to argue with me about the address I gave her , totally false , i reviewed everything with her . I used to work with a man who said just fix the problem , she was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ...........STAY AWAY , what a NASTY NASTY Person .

We purchased a home in May that had a bad infestation of carpenter bees (exterior) and ants (interior) with some evidence of termites in the crawl space. After having a different local pest company give a brief inspection of our prospective new house during the inspection period, we were dissatisfied with that somewhat casual inspection and called Bill Schaefer at Central Termite. Bill came out the next day, spent several hours on the property and gave us a detailed inspection with quote - didn't even charge for it! (The first company charged for stepping on the property) We purchased the house and promptly had Central Termite treat for the pests right after closing. Absolutely recommend this company!!

They are too busy to book an appointment. They need more employees. Still waiting for a call...meanwhile as i wait for 3 weeks bugs are having babies....but when they can get to me? The spray is excellent and lasts a year.

My bond expired in Sept. They could not find it. I had him come out in 2012 to spray and issue the bond and transfer to me in May 2013. Had him out in 2013 and 2014 for inspection was told no termites. In 2016 told me the said the same. In 2018 sprayed bugs. In 2019 called him to spray and bond. Told us no bugs and price to bond. In Dec selling of my cabin for the new owner that termites have eaten a hole in the back wall by two other inspectors. Bond ended in Sept of this year till Dec how did bugs get into my house. Who is lying.
