We purchased a home in May that had a bad infestation of carpenter bees (exterior) and ants (interior) with some evidence of termites in the crawl space. After having a different local pest company give a brief inspection of our prospective new house during the inspection period, we were dissatisfied with that somewhat casual inspection and called Bill Schaefer at Central Termite. Bill came out the next day, spent several hours on the property and gave us a detailed inspection with quote - didn'
