Several months ago we switched to Bulwark Exterminating and we have been exceedingly satisfied with their work. The company we used to use to service our restaurants was less than efficient and very unreliable. Elizabeth has been very attentive to our needs, easy to work with, prompt and effective! The issues we used to see are no longer and we are happy to say we intend to be customers for a very long time! Thank you guys for being so great!

Cancelled services due to a move and had confirmation via email that service was cancelled. Then I was just told in the phone that service had been performed DURING the call in which I cancelled so now I owe money. This place is scammy and the supervisor was of no help.

Bulwark extermination has particularly i can say one very awesome employee who came to my home and left a a smile all around my premises. Through her A-1 service I well pleased and certainly confident that all the bugs, insects and the family of creatures would not be around anymore. Emily was her name and getting it done is her game! If anyone looking fornamoesr control is the way to go just make sure that you ask for Emily!!

Eric B. is our Bulwark tech. We ask for him every time. He has been doing our pest control for 9 or 10 years. He is the absolute best - he comes on time, he is friendly, professional and efficient. Even though I'm sure there are other techs at Bulwark who could do the job well, we wouldn't want anyone else. We are glad we found him when we moved here!

Bulwark exterminators are great. Each person that comes to exterminate at my house is so kind and thorough. Today, Jon D. went above and beyond customer service. He was great.

We’ve paid for the quarterly service for the last 5 years and have always appreciated the service we received. A big construction project has meant many bugs, and they always come back out quickly and for free to take care of them in between treatments. I’m actually writing this today because I needed to update my CC on file with them, and could not have been more impressed with the automated process. I called and spoke to the auto system, it texted me a form which I quickly filled out, and as soon as I submitted the bot reviewed and confirmed on the phone it had been received. AI at its very best! Great service all around.
I have had pest control services through Bulwark for many years now, and have been a satisfied customer. So when I found out that they are now doing crawl space encapsulation and dehumidifier installation, I talked to Matt about the poor conditions in my crawl space due to the terrible job that had been done by another company just 8 years ago. He inspected it, was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He and Seth (who lives in another state) then worked hard to do an excellent job. You can see before and after photos posted below. I continue to be a happy Bulwark customer!

Having a pest around your house is the WORST! Bulwark has been fast to come out whenever I have an issue and their methods are effective. Everyone who has come out or who I have spoken to on the phone has been helpful and professional. I was most recently helped by Lilly and Landon and they were both great! Their service is well-priced for the level of customer service you receive.

I got Bulwark exterminating for carpenter bees. They charged me a $179 upfront fee, then $59 additional per month, for a year.The guy who treated my property was very friendly and knew what was he was doing. Two months in, today, I was told carpenter bees would be an additional charge despite getting it for free the first few treatments. Do not do business with them as they decided to add additional fees to upcharge you. There are two Bulwark Exterminating, I am not sure which is which. I tried to schedule it online and they gave me a call when the website refused to schedule for carpenter bees. A different person on the phone told me this. I chose the one closer to my location.

This company has sent me an email about bogus charges to my account. I haven’t had business with them in well over several years. Their contact numbers goes to a voicemail that is full. Please beware of this company. I reply to the bogus email with no response back but yet they had time to email me. This company is out of business or going out of business!

Essentially this means we never schedule you or make<br>contact for scheduling, however if you are ever to call in to have us<br>come out for service we then are able to schedule you. In regards to<br>the email you are referring to this was a rate increase, you do not<br>have any balance owed and have not since 2020 when we last serviced<br>the property. The price increase is due to better quality products,<br>increase in expenses and inflation over the last three years. This is<br>only if you call in and request us to come treat and as a reminder you<br>are not on any re-occurring plan with us. I had them come out to do a termite inspection. They already knew it was a crawlspace that they had to get into. The guy who came looked at the holes and the bugs and didn't know if they were termites or not. He had to take pictures and send them to the office to say if they were. Then when he went under the house he couldn't get to the spot that they were at and didn't bring equipment with him to reach further. He laughed about the situation and said he can't say if there are termites because he's too big of a guy to get in the area under the house. It wasn't a laughing matter and I needed answers. He joked about it and basically said he couldn't help. I would never use them again. Totally unprofessional!

I don't need to use another exterminating company to know for sure that this one is definitely the worst. After being dissatisfied with their service, I called and canceled an appointment. They showed up anyway and when I noticed I went outside and reminded him that I had canceled the appointment. He left only to show up the following day again and did treatment on the outside of the house. The company then sent me a bill for that treatment. When I called, I was assured that those charges would be removed from the account. However, not long after, I got another bill. So I called again and they made the same assurances again. But the bills keep coming and every time I call its the same thing. They even sent the bill to a collector to try to put it on my credit. I would say do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible. They are very dishonest and God forbid if they grab a hold of they credit card information I am sure they will be making charges for services you have not authorized. I was already suspicious which was why I chose to pay be check to begin with. Thankfully I did because I am sure they would just have shown up when they are told not to and then charge the account.
I reached out to Bulwark to get information on their services as a recommendation from a coworker who uses them. After speaking with one of their representatives, I explained that I was going on vacation soon, and would be back in touch to set up an appointment for the initial service upon my return. In the next two days before my vacation, I was contacted each day by a different person trying to set up the appointment and would again explain that I was leaving for vacation soon, and would schedule the appointment once I returned. On the first day of my vacation I received two phone calls back to back, the caller left a voicemail message, emailed me, and texted me all within the span of 5 minutes to have me contact them to set up the appointment. I don't know if this is standard practice for them, if there was some failure of an internal system where it should have been noted that I would be back in touch, or just an overzealous new salesman trying to close a deal. Regardless, this was extremely unprofessional and made what should have been an easy new client (I was absolutely planning on using them based off the recommendation) and now I absolutely refuse to do business with them, and encourage others to not use them as well. I understand people may try and brush off a salesman, but contacting me every day, and then 4 times within 5 minutes is absurd.
Find a different company. I have Bulwark for 2 houses. They schedule you, you wait for them and they never come, you call them, they don't apologize and just offer to reschedule. Dont waste your time.

Scheduled service for my only available day off to have an ant problem looked at. They pestered my about 5 times after an inquiry the same day. Finally went ahead and got scheduled for a 2 hour window. Window passed with no communication or explaination as to the delay or where they were. Had to call them twice and found out there were still 2 stops ahead of me. Didn't seem to care that half my day off was wasted and now I'm back looking for a reputable exterminator.

***CUSTOMER BEWARE OF BULWARK****** I would like to rescind an original positive review I gave this company & Mr. Chris Brown. For starters I am or was a new customer who thought I made a right decision by using them to protect my home inside & out from pests. I'm here to tell you after only 2 months I have CANCELLED my service, the folks here DO NOT communicate well and expect YOU (The Customer) to do their jobs. After 4 attempts to have the scheduler or person I spoke with on the phone flag my account to only be serviced by Mr. Chris Brown I kept getting inexperience folks to complete the job and NOT Mr. Brown. Mr. Brown himself even told the folks at this company to flag my account for only him and this did not happen. If Mr. Brown works there and can't get results what does that mean for me the poor customer?????? Lastly, I spoke with Mr. Brown on his cell phone to make things right and schedule a service on Sat. 8/10/19..... He stated to just call and confirm with the office, to my surprise when I called and confirmed within minutes I received a text that stated Mr. Brown does not work on Sat 8/10/19. So why did I waste my time speaking with Mr. Brown setting up a Sat appointment if he knew he didn't work????? I give this company 0 stars but it won't post without at least 1 star- due to Poor Customer Service, Poor Communication, and Inexperience Technicians. *********REMEMBER YOU'VE BEEN WARN!!!!!!!!************

They came to our house 4 times and did not get rid of the ants. Their latest visit to our house resulted in the technician completely disrespecting our housekeeping skills by making continues snide comments. We will never call them for their services again. If I could give them zero stars I would.
