I wanted to share my experience with Rid-a-Pest. From the termite treatment to the inspection of termites was very professional, and was very thorough. I want to shout out Rusty Dail who is the manager and I appreciate his leadership and the technicians he hires they are respectful, responsible and they are led by Rusty’s example of work ethic. I have worked with Rusty in the past and he has always had integrity and always did what he said, thank you Rusty! The technician was respectful, and caring as I watched him crawl under my house and inspect all areas. His name was Josh Moore and he made sure I was satisfied before he left. 'I never give a 5 star rating to any business, but it doesn't mean I don't like the service. Rid A Pest has always given good service, and I can ask for added service if needed. Thank you. On March 30 he inspected areas around the house and we had conversation on how to approach getting squirrel out of space between ceiling and roof - very little attic - and cannot really help since no access to attic space. He gave suggestions and I have an idea what to do. Will be in touch. July 8, 2026: I could give more than 5 stars on the efforts of the young man who worked so hard in difficult circumstances and tight spaces to put a moisture barrier in under my house. And the other young men who came to join him this afternoon helped him finish up a tough job. They were pleased with it, and I am more than pleased with it. My thanks to them for a job well done at a very reasonable price. I hope they don't experience any repercussions from being in a tight space in such hot weather, and pray God's Blessings on them. Rid a pest is quick to respond and a good price!

I have been a Rid A Pest Customer for over 10 years. My technician Mike was here this morning on time as scheduled. He did an excellent job exterminating my property. I just wanted to thank him for the excellent customer service!
